Pretty sure London was designated a dry village back in Putitan times, and this law was weirdly forgotten about, so even as a huge city alcohol is still banned there

You may well jest but there's areas near me that the church decreed couldn't serve alcohol and so no pubs were built. So pub wastelands do exist (ignoring all the closures over the last 25 years which have just exacerbated things).

I'd recommend listening to soft rock when running, as the driving beat is much easier to follow than disco (although that beat is much sexier)

I have a rock and dance playlist that are both 140bpm which matches my cadence, just couldn't get into it today
