Im currently on the coast at Southend stuck in a hospital bed on 7th floor. Its nice when its breezy but can still get very humid

Was definitely quiet at 0300 when I woke, luckily managed to get more some more sleep.

The only time I suffer from caffeine is when I don't get enough during the day, then I get headaches and very tetchy.

I'd happily join you all for a coffee but first a shower, it the only chance I get to edge whilst visiting my parents, so I may be some time

Because of 5 weeks of severe back pain then another 8 weeks in hospital. At least another 2 months more to look forward to. I hope once I can walk a little I can get to the shower room and my gf can shower me

Prognosis is good and I've come a long way already. Got most movement back, just need to build on strength
