I always find it curious when folks talk about being in the North East or North West - but forget Scotland is north and also has it's own North East and North West (well mostly the Islands).

Anyway I'm in Edinburgh which is in the central belt of Scotland supposedly.

Should add I'm Male and seeking Females but I expect most posters on here are the same.

I suppose it's a population thing. The North West and North East of England are relatively highly populated compared with similar regions in Scotland.
