Just wanted to say I understand @snexxer point about context...

I have seen men and women exchange sexual banter in the workplace in the past.

If it's consensual from both parties and fair from a power dynamic point of view then each to their own.

From my side I like separate lanes...

Lit for any kind of banter
Work for non-sexual banter

So word of warning if anyone tells me at work 'while you're down there' then they would most likely find whatever I was picking up shoved where the sun don't shine
