Good luck - did mine last year - realised the neighbour had built his shed onto my fence when the panel I was pulling out promptly brought his roof into my garden.

He wasn’t very happy but I reminded him the contents of his shed might make the police interested, and he backed down.

Some people are just not very bright about growing things - at least try and have some discretion…!
