Good evening all. Not long been back. Went out for a nice pub roast. Lamb shank and a slice of beef with all the trimmings. A couple of pints and then a visit to gf's brother as it was her nieces birthday.

Used my crutches to walk. Furthest ive walked with them. Im gonna feel it in the morning

Pain is just weakness leaving the body he says not being able to use one arm haha. Progress is good just try not to over do it.
