We’re a small team of 11. 7 have been off this week with flu/pneumonia.
Our current crop of guests have been more demanding than usual and not because of the reduced staff… some are rude (par for the course), some are ‘entitled’ (also a common behaviour), but it’s the ones who are the first two, plus disruptive. One was given accommodation along with food and a moving in pack.. you’d think we’d offered her a cell on death row.

Everything has been given to this individual. So many agencies have pulled the stops out. She was given a voucher for £50 to buy moving in essentials. Not allowed in because of shoplifting offences. Was given another voucher to buy food. That was spent on booze. She never made it to her property on first night.. yet ‘no one’s helping her’
