The heat is tough, would be nice if the trains had aircon... It's the drunken break ups, the drunken get back togethers and children screaming/having tantrums (which is understandable tbf but I'm hot and tired) the journey that should be 2 hours has taken 4 so far and I'm half way home...

Oh and a woman wearing only a bikini... Am I being prudish or... Am I right feeling that's a little too far?

1 cup of natural Greek yoghurt
1 cup of whatever frozen fruit you desire,
sweeten to taste with honey... You don't usually taste the honey, but it does round out the flavours nicely.if you make strawberry add some fresh basil leaves that's nice or if you prefer add a shot of pimms

No darlin. I suggest you make it as you want it, so scale it up or down as you want. You can freeze it, but it freezes like a brick, you could spoon it into a lolly mold. that might work ok.
