What is the issue? I've been with a guy who has one and I just ignore it. Am I missing something?

Perhaps, there is some discomfort and sometimes pain. Sometimes there is excessive gas. I have learned my limitations. It's so good that you can ignore it.

Perhaps he's lucky and doesn't have those complications. Maybe its because he always only tops, and no pressure on his body
