AOL and Microsoft Outlook

Ok, dry your eyes from laughing at me for having AOL....

I am setting up Microsoft Office Outlook and I'd like it to be hooked to my AOL email. It's asking me to choose a type of server to hook to and I have no idea which to choose.

Options are:

Microsoft exchange server
POP3
IMAP
HTTP
additional server types

Help!
