I never said that I wanted to make any decision for anyone else. The fact is that I don't want to and I don't think that passing laws about things like this changes the core problem. I asked a fair question because I am trying to understand what people are thinking. Your instant anger and jumping to conclusions about matters like this tells something about you own I.Q. Drop the anger and knee jerk response and start trying to understand what other people are thinking. There are treatments for AACS and you may want to seek treatment.

That was also my first thought.

I didn't know that people had that mindset, but that explains how somebody could be stupid enough to think that ER visits are cheaper than actual healthcare. Like if they think that ALL healthcare is is, "cure a disease" there's no way they're gonna understand preventative medicine as a concept any more than they understand family planning as a concept.

Edit: Also by this logic, pregnancy, like the act of being pregnant, is also a disease because prenatal shit is part of healthcare. You're supposed to periodically get that shit checked with healthcare providers. You don't just go into labor like, "Huh. Wonder why I'm hurting this bad? What's this goo that just went everywhere? Hey, any y'all know what this is?"

I mean you CAN do that, there's a show to that effect about people who have done that but I don't think anybody recommends it.
