I haven't heard anything or read anything, and I doubt that anybody else on this forum has. I have heard or read people such as Schiff shooting off their mouths, but nothing but vague and unproven accusations. Others, even some Dems who would be expected to be in the loop, have said there is no evidence.

Look at it this way, Box. They appointed a Special Prosecutor after the FBI had been investigation for a ~year. Would the DOJ do that for a nothing burger?

Who knows what the gov. might do. Maybe they actually have something or maybe they want to clear the president's name so he can get down to the meaningful business of running the country.

Whether or not I have heard or read anything is not significant, and I can say the same thing about anybody on this forum. But it does mean something that nobody on the oversight committees knows anything either.

When someone like Feinstein appears to confirm your bias, you cite her uncritically.

When Schiff does not confirm your bias, you say he's just "shooting his mouth off."

Not to mention the basic reasoning is wrong, as I've shown repeatedly. The House and Senate are not seeing everything, and they are not conducting the investigation. So what they say or not really has no relevance at all, much less proof.

The only people truly in the know are the FBI, a fact you are too stupid to understand.

All I'm saying is that every day, this whole thing looks more like a witch hunt. Nobody has yet found any improper communication between Trump and Russia and it looks as if nobody will. However, that is just my humble opinion.

There is overwhelming circumstantial evidence of a nature to warrant a complete independent investigation. If there is no wrong doing, the Trump administration should be demanding a full independent investigation so that he can clear his good name. Crying that he is being picked on makes him look like a total punk. Monty needs to man up.

I'm not a Republican. I'm registered as a Libertarian, and I voted for that candidate in November. I looked over the GOP candidate and got sick to my stomach. I looked over the Dem. candidate and got even sicker. I long ago described them as being the worst pair of candidates ever offered by the major parties.

However, I am loyal to the POTUS and I don't like witch hunts, which is what this "investigation" appears to be.

Benghazi very definitely happened, and it was a blunder on the part of Silly Hilly. To make it worse, she then sent her minions out to lie in an effort to cover up her own incompetence. Later, she was quizzed on the debacle and all she could do was wave her arms around and ask "Who cares?"

As for Trump and Putin being chummy, our two nations are battling a mutual and implacable enemy. We will do better if we work better, much like the Western Allies teamed up with the Soviet Union to defeat the Axis powers.
