I work in higher ed and I have been very lucky that in the last 3ish years I’ve gotten 2.5 promotions (one was just a little boost to take on a little extra responsibility, so half a promotion)

I’ve worked in higher ed most of my career

Worked in education for 17 years, higher ed for 4. I miss it but needed more money!
