I've come across this info in my research as well. It's pretty easy to clean where a tongue can reach. One can scrub away anything unclean with some antibacterial soap. However, the average penis is likely to go in considerably farther than a tongue (unless you have an amazingly long and agile tongue, or genuine reason to be starting a thread called "Is My Dick To Small?"). Even enemas don't totally clean out your bowels - they do a pretty good job, but there's still some, erm, residue left behind. Even if it your dick doesn't come out looking like a shitsicle, there's bound to be bacteria and other unseen material on it.
