Okay, sometimes a local Constitutional Party candidate on the local level when I know that he is not a loon. I think that we were having a very nice conversation and now you're taking it personally and getting a little into the ascriptive.

My one point is that no one has stepped up with any credible evidence of email tampering, forging or alteration. Without "facts" all that remains is conjecture and yours is every bit as partisan as what you accuse other of. Now that this conversation is straying from fact and into attack, I'm out of it. This is why so few people vote and why so many are terrified that someone might find out they favor Trump.

For the same reason, neither members of Congress nor federal judges must be approved for access to classified information when it's necessary for them to carry out their constitutional duties. Neither the President, nor members of Congress, nor federal judges can be required to keep and maintain a clearance to do their jobs. Even an act of Congress couldn't make the President have a clearance.
