The description in your OP as confirmed by later posts makes this by Literotica standards a "snuff" story. Even if written as a fantasy.*

It's not my website, or my rules. I'm just quoting them ... There is an issue with the stories being non-consensual though, as Laurel's clarification in the submissions page FAQ said:

"We generally do not accept submissions of nonconsensual sex in which the "victim" gets absolutely no sort of thrill or enjoyment from the acts ..."

So the "victim" would have to enjoy a "permanent cock cage" and getting "fucked in the ass." Which I have a feeling might ruin the story for you. I think that sharp studs are a no-go as they might cause injury.

But maybe if both characters were closeted homosexual males and the avenger used a condom "ribbed for his pleasure" it might fix both of those problems. The avenger could even slyly show his distain for the "victim" by turning the condom inside out before using it.

Pee is okay but gets you into fetish territory. Which to me is sorta weird for someone so hung up on incest. (And what's wrong with incest. Rape is wrong. But incest is just sex, it isn't rape.) Just sayin' it like it is.

And I'm not certain the avenger can laugh afterward. Because non-con and incest aren't allowed in 'Humor and Satire.' And you certainly can't have a celebrity do it because they aren't allowed in 'Fan Fiction and Celebrities' either. As AvroAnson says, we're not making up the rules. The Site does.

The Site allows non-consent, but the key is that the victim must enjoy it. It doesn't allow torture or snuff.

It sounds like your story concept involves enjoying seeing people you disapprove of suffer. They're not enjoying it. They're being punished, and the point of your story is to take pleasure in seeing them being punished and hurt. Whether it's torture, snuff, rape, whatever, the Site doesn't allow that.

I'm not judging, I'm just observing what I think the Site's attitude is about this kind of content. I don't think they would allow it.

And who says that the family members of these people would enjoy having sex with their children? We don't know that they would. We only know one side of it and thats from the perspective of the one who does enjoy it. It seems like a very one sided and biased argument whether that comes directly from the rules or not it doesn't seem to make much sense that incest can be ok bc the party writing it enjoys it but my idea of humiliation and sexual torture wouldnt be? come on now

Rape is non-consensual an a banned topic. Ipso facto by Lit rules, non-con stories start out non con but end up with the "victim" liking it in the end and tacitly consenting to the assault just like you will do the next time you return to work.

All erotic stories on LIT are by rule fiction, even if they recount or are drawn from reality. Other than Sci Fi I imagine everything here I'd drawn from reality. My daddy-daughter stuff here is drawn from my 35 year long relationship with a man 30 years my senior.

Your "what if" argument fails because it can be attached to every story here. What if the co-ed (bottom, white girl, black girl, minotaur, Feringii, laptop computer, voyeur, dildo, or wife) didn't really "want to."

You have to, the site has to, take it as written. My absurdist piece 'Romulus and Remus' was seen as the absurdist humor it was for a decade until someone's panties got all in a bunch and they decided it meant something else that it never said.

I don't personally like non-con. But I get why others do. They feel guilty for having normal desires, maybe they feel very frustrated because those normal desires are un fulfilled. Giving up control -- to a religious vision, to a person who ties you to a bench, or to an unknown assailant -- gives you permission to enjoy it.

Mom gave me permission to be human, and she taught me how to protect myself so that I didn't suffer from doing so. But she was special, not everyone is so lucky. Some people are raised on guilt and shame.

Laurel rightly saw that as snuff so I rewrote it (more than once) with her surviving and finding employment as a clown car at a circus.

Laurel initially rejected another tale, Like a Hole in the Head [Is brain-damaged sex really the best?], because my implication of self-induced mayhem was too strong. The accepted rewrite only hinted at the self-trephanation.

What authors and readers WANT is not the issue. Laurel, goddess of LIT, bans apparent underage sexuality, normal bestiality, and snuff, and does not think mayhem is erotic. She is the audience we must write for. When she rejects a submission, our choices are 1) forget it, 2) rewrite it, or 3) post it at another site. LIT is *her* site so we follow *her* rules or go elsewhere. That's the reality here.

Firstly nobody implied anything about castration though it’s interesting you made that assumption as the punishment in the story. Secondly, there are plenty of stories on here of non-consensual sex and rape so what makes my idea of torture for vengeance any less permissible? I find it intriguing that those who spoke out against my story idea were so easily offended by it. Says a lot about the few people who did.
