Primarily I use photshop 6.0. I have read the posts about what to do but I somehow just can't make it look right.

I want to put the pic in B&W, but I want the apple and my lips (and maybe my fingernails if it's not too busy) to retain their color.

here's my quick attempt...i'll be gone for a week and when i get back i and make it look better...but you can do it to....go to......um........i think it's adjust and you pick grayscale....it should say discard color information click OK

then adjust color pick RGB color

then get the history brush it's under the paint brush


and paint in what you want from the orginal picture....that's what i ussually do.....but here you go to hold you over till you get to it
