Ah, what a start to Saturday! Beautiful and mouth-watering as always. What's on for the weekend?

Of course if I was you I could spend all day just admiring myself.

Not much going to do a 12 mile run today at some point. Love coming home all sweaty,
hopping in the shower my hands pressed against the wall and letting the water cascade
over my body washing away all that sweat. Feeling refreshed after it all.
