• Changed and sentenced to 20 years for the manslaughter killing of her boyfriend/pimp. (More about this below.)
• She was housed in C-Wing but was not in solitary.

She is ingenious and street smart, but not overly book educated. (She only made it to and not through 10th grade.)

Before the Red Flu Pandemic:

When she was just 15, she began sleeping with a guy she thought was sweet but was, in truth, a mean, abusive, and manipulative man. He slowly expanded her sexuality to include threesomes, sex parties, swapping, and finally simple ol' prostitution. He traded her services for anything he couldn't afford via his drug sales.

When she was just short of 18, she'd had enough. She stabbed him in the neck and chest 34 times with a butter knife at, of all places, a Sizzler Steakhouse.

Her lawyer was able to prove a long pattern of abuse on her boyfriend's part, getting Chloe's sentence reduced to manslaughter. She was, however, sentenced to 20 years.

While in Clark County Correctional, Chloe continued to turn tricks, mostly but not entirely with COs and other staff. She earned a lot of swag and favors.​

At 24, she landed some commercials, then a couple of SitCom guest appearances (as herself and as other characters).

At 26, she landed an Overseas Correspondent gig with CNN. She spent almost 2 years in the Middle East, and was nearly killed by a suicide bomber.​

And then there was the Red Flu:

With the identification of the Red Flu, CNN managed to sneak her back into the US before airline traffic was halted.

She was outside Chicago when the shit hit the fan.

She met and grouped up with her 5 others (including Ashley Kingston, Doc Michael MacFarlane's stepdaughter) as she traveled.​

Her direction:

She is destined to become lovers with Jamie Wall Street Adams. Threesomes with an as-of-yet-unidentified females(s) are likely in the works as well.

Personality Description:

She is smart and aware, but not overly educated, having dropped out of high school at 16.

Sexually, she is very much heterosexual, though, not at all homophobic. She doesn't typically have a boyfriend but instead gets her sexual pleasure and release via meaningless one-offs.

She is rather selfish, but only because all her life she has had to not only fight to get all she has but fight to keep it as well.​

Before the Red Flu Pandemic:

And then there was the Red Flu:

A couple of weeks before the start of the RP, a trio of men had found Jenny alone, hungry, desperate, and reluctantly willing to do what was necessary to survive.

She had hoped that if she had sex with one of the men, maybe even repeating the interaction occasionally, he might take care of her. Instead, she became the play toy for all three of them, sometimes fucking each of them each day.

Then, Walter Johnson and his little Militia came across Jenny and her trio of abusers. During negotiations regarding trade of goods each group had, Walter learned of Jenny's situation. He pulled his sidearm and killed all the three men in a flash.

Since then, only Walter had been putting his cock inside Jenny. There wasn't a man amongst his militia who wouldn't have ripped her clothes off and raped her repeatedly. But each of them was was deathly afraid of the former Corrections Officer.

She was in the boat in the river on the far side of the Casino's golf course the day of the Casino Field Trip by members of the Clark County Corrections' New Society. When the fire fight ended and she saw that Walter was not amongst those returning, she gunned the boat away from the dock and fled to safety.

The boat is now parked in an old otherwise abandoned, covered river dock hidden 50 yards back in a slough surrounded by thick foliage. The dock, river, and boat are just 6 miles south of Three-C, where -- at the time of this posting -- her former savior and lover Walter Johnson was about to go on trial.​

Her direction:

I don't know yet. She might stand up for Walter or she might tell them Hang the bastard.​

Wardens Quarters, Main Administration Building: "Warden" Charlotte "Charlie" Higgins.

The Staff Cabins:

1. Brothel: two small bedrooms and a living area for entertaining.
2. Brothel/Private Parties: one small bedroom and a larger living area for entertaining.
3. "Rental" for private affairs: one bedroom.
4. Huong, Marla, and Rosita: each of them are brothel "Ladies".
5. Madam Maria, Kirstin, and Arlene.
6. Chloe and Lou.
7. Betty (original Staff occupant), Molly, and Madge: they share the bedroom, for now.
8. Phillis, Wanda, and Kendra: not "Ladies"
9. Under repair.
10. Steven and Jessi.
11. Temporarily: Lanny and 4 members of her group ( Adult male, 55; Adult male, 60; Boy, 12; his sister, 11).

Jules Barker

Before incarceration: armed thief; drug addict

After Charlie took over: drug dealer (still), Manager of D-Block (prison bar)​

Age:27
Height:6'1 feet tall
Looks:Light grey eyes, a ruff, unshaven face, and a few badly healed scars on his face. He walks with a slight limp but he hides it well. Other then that he looks to be in great shape.
Crimes: Several instances of petty theft, breaking and entering, severally harmed a police officer while involved in a prison riot.

Backstory:Though Jules looks like he could stand toe to toe with anyone, this is really just a pure fabrication. He has no idea how to do a proper punch or hold himself in a fight. His real skill is his mouth. Jules was always a con man.

Growing up on the street with his sister he learned quick how to make money here and there. His sister(Alex) and him never knew who their parents were and at this point Jules is well past caring. He was caught for his crimes while trying to rob a very old, seemingly helpless lady who actually slept with a gun under her bed. Alex was shot dead in the burglary when she caught them and Jules was arrested.

He stayed on good behavior wanting to get out of the prison system quickly, but a prison riot broke out, an officer used some extreme force to bring things under control, and when the officer told Jules to kneel down and put his arms up, something just came over him and he took a shiv and slashed the police officer. Maybe the advent just reminded Jules of what happened with his sister, it's hard to say. But after that it was safe to say Jules would be spending most of the rest of his life behind bars.

As such he gave up on good behavior and started running small time con jobs from within prison walls.

When the Red Flu hit the wall things became that much easier to get around the eyes of the law. Jules had over a short time managed to obtain a rather large amount of drugs from the medical area and has been now selling it as narcotics. But with Charlie taking over the prison he will have to stop this profession, or better yet start hiding it well.

Personality: Very skilled talker, only cares about himself and his own interested. Very smart. Plans several steps ahead and thinks quickly on his feet. Sees himself as better then everyone else.

Sexuality: He is cupiosexual(which is a micro label for a specific kind of asexuality). Basically it translates to someone that experiences sexual desire and enjoys sex, but does not find their partners sexually attractive. Do to it being a far lesser known kind of queerness Jules is unaware of what he is, but is aware that he's not very interested in any gender, despite rather enjoying the act of sex. All he knows is he's queer, and being a man that is well dedicated to manipulating others and always getting what he wants, if this were to come out it maybe bad for his business. As such he hides this part of himself and will not shy away from bedding someone just to keep his 'straight' appearance.

Character ark: Jules is a selfish character fully out to support himself only and manipulate everyone he can to better himself. My hope is he constantly lies and there is always a chance he could be caught in his own web, always living in a sense at the edge of a knife. At some point I feel someone should become suspicious of him, either in his small crimes that he runs behind bars, or in how he's queer and not to interested in anyone, and he would start a sexual relationship with them to keep his cover as it were. As the character progresses he should at some point realize the wrong of his ways and possibly open up to this character. My hope is by the end he could fully redeem himself in some way.[/QUOTE]

Convicted of murder at 24. The details have not yet been posted.

Sentenced to 20+, but then killed an inmate who dis'd her. She was tried again and got life. After brutally beating a CO who sexually abused her, she was tried yet again and got life and solitary confinement.​

Her militia included approximately 16 members trained with firearms/security and another 30 "civilians".

She is intelligent, quick witted, and ingenious.

She is benevolent and caring for others.

She is probably too trusting, but it has worked for her thus far in life.

Sexually, she has few if any limits. Sex is to be enjoyed, however it comes to her.

One exception to that is that she detests those who sexually abuse minors. This will come into play later when a situation involving child sex slaves is discovered. (No, this will not be role played, obviously.)​

Before the Red Flu Pandemic:

The details haven't yet been posted, but she and her sister originated in Harrisville.

She and her sister, Rubyanne -- as well as Rubyanne's husband, Clyde -- were all immune to the Red Flu.

They remained in Harrisville, where Rubyanne was killed by Walter Johnson in the days following Charlie's takeover of Three-C.​

Her direction:

She will be hesitant to move her people to the prison. They have a pretty secure setup in Harrisville now.

But she will certainly want to trade and work with the New Society.

And she will want to take lovers, plural, from the prison's population. She is unlikely to have lovers amongst her own people, wanting to keep business and pleasure separated.​
