Kneading your neck with powerful finger motions...hands going up either side of the chin and stopping under the jawbone on each side. Gentle, even pressure upward...feel the neck pop and tenderly working the head side to side. Releasing my grip...grasping both shoulders and doing a slow exaggerated swimming motion...sounds like Rice Krispies...snap; crackle; pop.
