so what do you do at work?

I'm a caregiver for a home-health agency. I go into people's homes to help them take care of themselves, if the person is rally sick I sit with them, sometimes read to them, write letters for them, do errand running and shopping for them, which is what I have to do today.
I love it when new mother comes home with her little baby... I don't take care of the baby, but I do take care of the mother and help HER take care of her baby.
It's a rewarding line of work. I mostly work only on weekends, but a situation popped up this morning where they needed me and I can take my son with me, so it worked out.
