Hope your feeling better at this time...... I know all about the heat and humidity, as it was very humid here today. At lunch time I went for my usuall walk, about 2 miles.... and came back in from it,,, soaking wet from the sweat. I fully enjoyed my walk though, as I feel good when I sweat like that. My whole body breaths if you know what I mean.
