It is going very well, considering I spent yesterday on a mountain bike going 60 miles over an old railroad bed. Muscles are sore this morning.

Started doing biking a few years ago and each trip have to go for a bit longer trip. It is fun, but the last 10 miles were a killer up a steep grade. Oh well, I will live.
