enjoying fireworks is kind of a hit 'n' miss thing with us... my son's ears are so acutely sensitive that the noise sends him into hysterics, it hurts his ears so bad. We tried a pair of ear muffs this year and it seemed to help him quite a bit, altho he never did truly enjoy them... but at least he wasn't crying in hysterics as he usually does

Still waiting for the ex to come through with his insurance, so we can get his ears checked and hopefully do something to help him
