actually it wasn't the anonymous feedback email that drove me away for a few days... that was just the icing on the cake. Had a very personal matter that pretty much shattered me... and I ran and hid for a little while. That email just happened to hit me at the wrong time... otherwise I wouldn't have let it get to me.
