Get a .rar file maker and split the video into multiple .rar files. That should make the files far more palletable for a video upload site. Then all people have to do is get WinRAR to use the .rar files.

Right click the link, choose save target as, put in movie.wmv as the file name and under save as type, choose all files. For some reason verizons ftp site doesn't directly download as the *.wmv file so you must save it with the wmv extension manually.
