it all depends on the club...bdsm clubs come as varied and diverse as any other club. at most, because of local laws, there's a no sex rule. however there are clubs whose owners/managers take the 'look the other way' route and will allow such things (of course, these are the ones Daddy and i attend
)...some are mostly about scening, watching someone get flogged or spanked or have candle wax or some such dripped over their bodies. some are much like regular clubs, where you can drink, dance, just have a general good time. some strictly prohibit drinking of any alcohol, and aren't set up for dancing. some are more like a munch than a club, with people just sitting and chatting over a bit of food and (non-alcoholic) drinks.
there's pretty much something out there for everyone in this lifestyle...try out the different places in your area and get a feel for the atmosphere there and eventually you'll find a place just right for you.

It is like a club setting... but with equipment set up for you to use... . Some clubs have dress codes and some don't.... Dress codes would include leather, pvc, latex, drag, rubber, uniforms, victorian, cyber erotic, gothic.... and some clubs will let you with black street wear...

i go to a gothic/industrial club. Friday nights are dungeon nights. After a certian hour (i think 11pm) the lower level of the club opens and thre's an entire conern and ancelfloor with a dungeon style... the corner is a whipping cross? (i cna't remember it's name right now... the x shaped thing) that's lined with blue lights, it's funyn looking. they also have cuffs chained to the ceiling. and 2 or 3 dom's with multiple toys hanging out and you can go over there, alone or with another and be part of the fun. i did it and kon got a few good shaps in on me than my friends samm and nikki got chances.

After much research I found a Munch relatively close by to me. So happy I can't wait to go, its the 4th sunday of every month.
Why is it that I can find blood play, and scat porno, and girl/girl, gay and group sex stuff... but no bondage (bdsm related) pornography in porno stores... is it just my area ( BY Rutland, Castelton, Poultney, Middlebury, Fairhaven ...Vermont ) if I drove up to Burlington...would I find it? Or is it not popular in video form? I just noticed that when I go in and search around in a few places there isn't any on video (pleanty on paper/magazines/story) though... they sell swings, and cuffs, and paddles and such in some of the places... but no video.

We bought 2 DVD's..have only watched one so far...Master thought it funny I was disappointed because I thought it so mild it was hardly worth the effort. He has been telling me for some time now I am way more extreme than most folks and I have been accusing him of just trying to make me feel good. LOL. Clubs here are different to most too as they allow sex to be part of the regular play.

Yes it is a weird world, especially when the powers that be decide what is too shocking for our brains to deal with and then you can switch on your TV and see real war with people getting blown up aand shot, bodies being picked up in pieces, car crash victims bleeding to death before our eyes, horror moivies where people are hacked to death graphically, and enacted murders everyday, but movies depicting consensual BDSM are just too shocking to chance infuencing our psyche with. Is a joke.

Well I have been invited to go this Friday to the Hellfire Club here in Sydney, by a lovely lady I met today from AdultMatchmaker. I've never been to anything like that before so I'm a bit nervous wondering what I'm going to see, plus Master won't be going with us which will be a little bit un-nerving seeing it will be the first time I have ventured out at night without Him 
The lady and I are in the process of organising a time for some f/f play before we go to the club, but both Master and I had coffee with her today and the meeting lasted 2 hours with lots in common for us to talk about. She has experience with play parties and seems to be a switch by what she says. Master says it's about time I stretched my wings a bit more

Hope you enjoy your night. My experience of poking my head in the door of Hellfire in Brisbane, and a few I have known who have been there for longer periods of time is it is mostly a place to go to be seen more so than serious BDSM orientated....hope Sydney is different though I have heard similar about it. I think lots of clubs fall prey to this type though.

There is one and ONLY one club on this island, which really sucks hardcore. It especially sucks because a few years ago, bout 4, there was a big drug problem there and since it has been banned for people in the military. I know alot of people who go anyway but I tend to do the right thing so I don't. Which leaves me nowhere to go.

was not happy. met too many that were just there for an excuse to get drunk and cause hate n discontent and make an ass of themselves. so the Ms i HAD quit going.
another we only had parties in Her house. no booze allowed. so many would not come.
i hope, to find, some nice clubs in wisconsin when i leave iowa the 13th.
