Pearl
Pearl returned to the party, her eyes bright and her senses tingling. She scanned the party to see who else was around. Rochelle seemed to have disappeared, and her husband Jack was too busy with his “friends” to even notice that she had been gone. Since Cat seemed to be unoccupied at the moment, Pearl decided to approach her and make some small talk, just to pass the time. She greeted Cat with a hug, suddenly much more aware than she had ever been of how slender Cat’s waist was. Even though the rest of her body seemed properly proportioned, her waist gave her an almost outrageous hourglass shape. Pearl found herself wondering what she would look like naked. Coming back to herself, she released the longer than strictly polite hug and said, “The party seems to be going well, thank you again for inviting us.”
