Being Bicurious

Good point and as someone who was bullied all the way through high school for not having a boyfriend and being called a 'lesbo' even before I knew I was actually gay, I can definitely see where you are coming from.

However, I really don't think that man's comment merited the shit he received. Also, the comparison you have used is very extreme. A fragile boy having been driven to suicide over having his actions filmed and then posted on the internet for millions to see versus a guy on an LGBT forum saying 'never say never' to a lesbian (particularly when taking into account my revelation) is a bit ridiculous and by all means disrespectful to Tyler Clementi's name.

(Also, didn't realise this story was back in the media. Thanks for drawing it to my attention :) )

Disrespectful to Tyler Clementi???? Seriously???? How the FUCK did you come up with that wild ass stretch????

Whatever. You just go right ahead and defend the dudes that feel they have a right to make a joke of my/our??? orientation. That's your right to do so. I don't feel that it's EVER okay here and I WILL keep calling them on it. That's MY right.

I came up with it as was stated above. And yes, it's totally your right and I respect that I'm just stating my opinion. (A little more politely than you are stating yours, may I say)

Excuse me but may I respectfully suggest that anyone wishing to experiment make DAMN sure your guinea pig knows it is just an experiment. I just got bitten in the ass by that one and it isn't nice.

Also, being butch and in the south I've had a lot of good ole boys tell me they could "straighten me out" if I just gave them a chance. My reply? "Well dude most guys I know would run if they saw 8 inches coming at them but sure, bend over and we'll give it a try." It usually shuts them up very quickly other than the laughter from them and any other guys around! ;)

Not to rag on y'all being new ladies, but after the freakin GAZILLIONTH dude disses your orientation here, jokingly or not, let me know if you still feel that way. (should take about a week and a half cuz those fuckers are ALWAYS doing it!)

P.S. Sorry about the guinea pig bite but next time use a gerbil like everyone else does, FFS!

Hahaha what a great response!

In other news, this thread is getting too hostile. Maybe we should bring it back to its origins.
