Bernie!

I

Yes, you and the Koch bros....and Sachs....and Morgan...and all the other too big to fail fuckers. :D

We got it SR, you fucking loathe the working class in this country.....it's cool! Apparently most Democrats do. ;)

You like to ignore my declarations over the past decade here that I'm an Eleanor Roosevelt Democrat.

And guess what. She didn't get what she wanted by standing on the sidelines and preaching through a megaphone--she worked the system.

You and Bernie have something in common--both are all blow and no go.

Also, Mr. Blowhard, on the Koch pseudo endorsement, you might read the thread here on the Politics Forum on this issue. You might learn something (although I doubt you are capable of doing so).

Yet here you are going to bat defending the most plutocratic shit bag in the race for POTUS.....a god damn neolib who's last name might as well be Bush. ;)

Yes she sold out like all the other 1% ass kiss politicians who also, like you, don't give a fuck about the non bazzailionaire class in this country.

What that the Koch's are awesome as long as they are showering Clinton in money instead of a Bush?? I'd expect as much from you....

Yes we both have something called integrity, something you and your plutocrat elitist scum bucket NoeLib buddies look down on.....roaches hate the light.

You seem a little upset. The foaming at the mouth gives you away. Guess you're looking ahead to tomorrow's primaries. So am I. :)

(Still haven't read the thread here on the Koch pseudo endorsement, have you? If you had you wouldn't be posting your idiotic crap on that as it applies to anyone but the Koch brothers.)

Not at all, disappointed in how spinelessly scummy and or hopelessly stupid the Democrat faction of America actually is.

I'm just enjoying watching all the lemmings line up and defend her royal scumminess like the partisan roaches they are.

I have.

No, it applies to Clinton.

Day 1....all campaign rhetoric?

Out the fuckin' window....

No need to read your post or to respond further to you. You've got nothing but bile and bitterness.

Truth is a bitter pill to swallow....don't worry she'll be signing Monsanto protection laws and selling us out to off shore insurance companies/banks in no time. ;)

Bernie does it again. He lists off all of these things he's learned since he started running for President. Horrible things including deaths from heroin overdoses, and wraps it all up with people don't know what is going on in the black communities. I guess he still has much to learn.

Who Abuses Heroin?

The average user of heroin has changed drastically in the last decade. In 2000, black Americans aged 45-64 had the highest death rate for drug poisoning involving heroin. Now, white people aged 18-44 have the highest rate. The share of people who say they have used heroin in the past year is actually decreasing for non-whites. Heroin has taken hold of the white suburbs, which has prompted more attention for what is now being called a " health problem."

I do not share your belief that heroin abuse is the key issue, or even close to one of the key public policy issues that is driving the election cycle.

Bernie Sanders is right: Poor people don’t vote and it’s a problem

LSM hoots on Bernie for telling the truth!

Bernie Sanders said something he wasn’t supposed to say : that poor people don’t vote. Although it’s true that voter turnout is inversely correlated with income, all anyone wanted to comment on was that Sanders looked defensive and deflated on Meet the Press, where he made the statement on Sunday. Lost was the fact that this is a truth we should be struck by, ashamed of even, and should do more about.

The impolitic remark came in response to a question about why the candidate had been losing so much in the places he should have been winning (he’s lost 16 of the 17 states with the highest levels of income inequality). The most straightforward thing for him to say would be to acknowledge that he hasn’t performed well with minority voters who tend to be less affluent. But he didn’t want to say that on television. Instead, he decided to talk about something else that’s actually more important than where he, personally, is up or down.

He said: “Poor people don’t vote. I mean, that’s just a fact. That’s a sad reality of American society”. He also noted that “80% of poor people did not vote” in the 2014 election.

On the airwaves he was chided for acting like an analyst rather than a candidate and for bringing his campaign down to reality in all the wrong ways. Fact checkers immediately aimed to set the record straight only to discover that Sanders claim was “mostly true” or even, looked at comprehensively, totally correct.

The LSM doesn't want the truth, they want to make sure that when Bernie says it, 'It's a gaff". Dickheads!

Not that it matters. The Clinton types will just ignore this and hope it doesn't spur many poor folks to vote or things will start going badly for (R)odham.

I hope like hell it does spur more poor people to vote and to think long and hard about how they vote.

Did I say anything remotely close to that?

I guess I missed your point. I thought you were making the case that not knowing about heroin overdoses was a major public policy gaffe for a Presidential contender.

I'm sorry. What was your point?

No worries. :)

That he was basically saying that heroin is a problem within the black communities that is white folks know nothing about.

I assumed since race was brought up that this had to do with how heroine wasn't a national crisis until it hit whites. Kinda like how crack sentencing vs cocaine sentencing being different seems at best odd.

I would too but that's not good for Clinton and she's been paying party dues, and that is the most important thing!!

We must never forget that Party>all else.....

Paying your dues is an important thing. I am a strong believer in promoting from within. I don't care it's bad for Hillary to be perfectly honest. Never did.

However when it comes to the Presidential election yes it is party above all else. Even a mild mannered guy like Obama still got us significantly better Supreme Court nominees than we would have gotten otherwise. I don't pretend he lead the charge for gays, but I acknowledge had he been inclined he could have supported DOMA in court and that would have set a tone down the line.

Clinton could lose every remaining contest and still win the nomination

PHILADELPHIA — Hillary Clinton added at least two more states to her victory column Tuesday night, strengthening what’s rapidly becoming an all-but-unstoppable march to the Democratic presidential nomination.
The Democratic front-runner expanded her sizable delegate lead with wins in Maryland and Delaware. Contests in Connecticut, Rhode Island and Pennsylvania remained too close to call.

Already, Clinton can lose every remaining primary by a wide margin and still capture her party’s nomination, according to an Associated Press analysis.

A clean sweep Tuesday would likely foreclose Bernie Sanders’ already narrow path to the nomination. Still, the Vermont senator continues to attract tens of thousands to his rallies and raise millions of dollars online. He’s vowing to stay in the race through the last primary contest in June.

Paying your dues is an important thing.

I don't agree. There are superior candidate that get shit on because partisan fuckery and it's a completely net negative.

However when it comes to the Presidential election yes it is party above all else.

And that's why we will continue to get shit bag billionaire mouthpiece fuck America up the ass presidents right there.

I'm not sure who this superior candidate is but that is going to happen in any organization. Speaking from experience there is nothing quite so insulting as knowing someone in the office is more than qualified to be manager but the boss man brings in some hot shit from Poughkepsie. Those people find their cars Seranwrapped and with good fucking reason.

Paying party dues means supporting the election of party members up and down the ballot. For anyone who wants to get any of their program done that means gaining control of Congress and state houses and legislatures.

So many posters here don't seem to be able to get it into their noggins that it isn't just about winning a presidential nomination or even the White House. It's being able to move legislation and enact it.

It's easy to act all superior and call people (candidates and other posters) names on a porn discussion board--and just whine away. Makes it easy to support candidates who also do nothing but talk.
