Noticed on FLING and Adult Friend Finder that they still post a lot of expired accounts

AFF used to have some sort of fine print where they would let you delete your profile, but they'd automatically revive it later (after something like 30 days ? I can't remember).

I only knew mine was back up because I suddenly started getting e-mail from them again. After I removed it a second time it stopped showing up on the search, but the actual link wasn't taken down for a LONG time, so it was up for anyone who'd bookmarked the URL.

Lotta semi-shady crap around that place.

Craigslist seems to work the best. I usually get 20-50 replies and can then pick the one that looks the best. I've tried fling and nothing, pof just for reg dating.
My problem is that I need it often and am also looking for a relationship. Very annoying.

Are you female? I tried craigslist once and all I got were responses to go to different paying web site. I did not get any responses from real women. Now I would understand a women getting lots of responses.

I tried AFF once. Got all kinds of initial responses to my profile but needed to pay to respond to them. Once I paid, none of those initial responses responded back. I got a couple of responses just before my subscription was set to run out. I think it is all just a scam.

Plentyoffish.com was ok for finding people to meet casually (read: regular date), but for me, I only found one person that I wanted to meet more than once. It seemed like the men who wanted to meet me weren't really the men I was interested in meeting.

Had quite a lot of success on Fling. Met a variety of people from the one-nighter to the FWB to the 'thanks, but I just don't see anything happening here'.

Those are really the only two I've tried.

But any man who thinks that just joining a website, no matter how good it is, will lead to instant sex is kidding himself.
