So I had a crazy idea....
I'm currently in the middle of restructuring the way that I eat and exercise. I'm not "fat", but I'm certainly out of shape. And since I am the sole income earner for my family now, I cannot buy new pants, and must ensure that I can fit into the old ones. I recently moved into school administration, and found myself sitting a lot more - in my office, in meetings, in other offices. As a result...I'm growing out of shape.
I'm now counting calories, looking at the kinds of foods that I eat, running every day, and doing 100 situps per day, in addition to other exercises. As I do this, I thought hey - wouldn't it be fun to start a group on Lit that also wants to lose weight? It would be a twist on "legitimate" groups that take your weight or your picture every week or something, in that we, posting to this thread, commit to losing weight and posting a naked or semi-naked picture of ourselves on a weekly basis to document the loss.
Thoughts? Anyone want to join me? I know that I'm aiming for flat, six-pack abs by next spring. What about you?
