Absolutely. It's a blurry line, though. Fetishizing racial differences definitely can indicate racism. That's the basic argument against people who say interracial porn works against racism. If you're objectifying (and getting off on) the race aspect of it, there's quite likely some latent racism at play.

On the other hand, I think people can also appreciate beauty in other ethnicities the same way they might have a thing for redheads, dark hair, light hair, different body types, etc. It's a wide world out there and there's beauty in all kinds of people.

Interesting to think about.

Of course.
Race is, after all, merely a matter of perception, including self-perception. Most people who are seen as "black" in this country have a mixed background, in part as a result of the rampant rape that was part of the institution of slavery.
You may define yourself as "mixed" because you have a white parent or for whatever reason (its up to you, as far as I am concerned.) How he sees you will be determined by his own attitudes, perceptions and background.
