Blood in the Dust

Becky:

I nodded my head, couldn't look at him. I couldn't think of anything to say either that would make it all better for us both. I knew it wouldn't happen and I knew that only Christy could solve this mystery for me. But by then Rein would be gone and all would be over with once again.
Shivering a little, I knew NOW down deep, I had been lied to all along and he was not going to give any ground. He expected his word to be golden, as it should have been.. If only I had not been so stupid as to believe other's lies.. Family or not, I should have looked at motive for all of this instead of what they presented before me.
"Yeah.. I wanted it different but we take what we get." I let him go and change, I went into the room and gathered up everything, dressing and loading my gun. Tucking it where I needed to, I checked the mirror. I was ready and once again in the whore's get up. My nerves were calm, even though I knew what was coming shortly, I wa snot nervous. If all else failed at least in death I'd have peace.

The swim loosened my sore arm and by the time I was finished washing it felt almost normal. Clothes on and both holsters tied down I took time to shave and then hefted the eye sore hat.

"Like all things good friend there is a time to part" I spoke considering my words thoughtfully. "Maybe someone will come along and need you more"

Somehow the words seemed to release the frustrations inside me and I walked back to the cabin and Rebecca.

"You look beautiful, Rebecca" I complimented honestly "In another place and time I'd be hard pressed not to ask you to dance, even if it did get my face slapped"

I was repaid with a small smile and knew that was forced, her thoughts were as sober as mine had been. She had packed her clothes into saddlebags and I reached for them, speaking as I admired her.

"Let's go knock them dead, huh Beck?" I grinned, it was an old phrase we had both used when we went looking for fun, or trouble, knowing we could always count on each other in the middle of either one.

We walked from the cabin and for a few short minutes as we moved to the horses and tied her saddlebags to them then moved up the rough trailer to Bulls cabin. Rebecca's face was alive, flushed, alert, her eyes darting every direction including towards me as I watched her, smiling as I caught her looking and then acting as if she weren't. It was an old game as well, neither of us wanting to admit we were interested in the other, neither wanting to be the first and give the other an advantage. And for a few short minutes I revelled in the game and her, allowing myself to laugh as we walked.

But like all dreams it came to an end, the two story affair of Bulls looming before us as we slowed and stepped up onto his porch.

"Beck, be careful and if it gets out of hand get your sister and you OUT, ya hear?" I spoke to her softly, looking down into her eyes and memorizing the tiny lines around them, the way her nose wrinkled, the shape of her lips as she spoke to me.

And then we moved thru the doors and into the repugnant smelling room, several men and a lone female lounging around and over the tables.

"Whatsa man gotta do ta get a meal around here?" I boomed and laughed. "Kill somebody?"

Becky

I eyed him and he eyed me, back and forth the whole way across the yard towards Bull's place. Chuckling silently, I knew this game well.
"I will be careful." I assured him, following him inside the house. Staying by his side, I threw Bull a teasing smile before sashaying seductively towards the poker table and sat down.
"Hello boys.." I murmured, watching Bull's eyes go to my chest instead of my eyes.
"Hi there Missy.." He gave me a look which he may have thought was sexy but it was turning my gut over and over.
"Hear there's a game tonight.. Might bring some luck to the table no?" I purred as I leaned forward a little further, giving him more view of my cleavage.
"Yeah.. Gonna play t'night.." he turned towards me, his attention fully on me now.
"Well then, let's play!" I smiled and watched the men in the room, wondering who I'd have to kill first?

Reinhardt

I grinned at the men and then met Bull's eyes.

"Did you think she was just another pretty face" I challenged "The lady has spent more time behind the table then on it, so be careful boys"

Most laughed and the ones that didn't told me who were the chosen partners of Bull. It was an old game, he had a couple of inside players with him at each game and would clean out thier "mark" before each night was thru. And then if the mark tried to object they would taunt him into drawing and then gun him down.

"What say we increase the stakes, Bull? A side bet if you will? I win and I take your lady and mine home with me and you can have my percentage in the take when we sack the town. You win and you get it all, the ladies AND my take"

Bull's greedy eyes shuttled back and forth from my face to Rebecca's full chest as he tried to decide what was behind my offer, then spoke as his eyes settled on Rebecca.

"What's so special about a opium smoking whore that you'd risk everything for her?"

I was tempted to draw right there and then and shoot him, taking our chances but my eyes turned to Rebecca as I spoke evenly.

"Lets just say I have a special feeling about seeing those two ladies together, Bull. It could be quite special for them and for me."

Bull roared with laughter, his masssive belly and chest shaking as he took the meaning in his usual perverted way and I laughed along, knowing he had bought the alibi.

"Then lets get this show on the road" Bull roared and then called for drinks over his shoulder.

We sat then, Bull and his two inside men one one side of the massive round table, Rebecca and I on the other as we squared off and open the deck of cards I flipped onto the table.

"Ladies first is the custom, correct Bull?" I suggested carefully and getting a surprise as I looked over his massive shoulders. Christy had entered the room carrying a tray laden with bottles and drinks. But instead of the usual over drugged and slack appearance her eyes were bright and attentive, her face well done in rouge and makeup and her dress crisp and clean showing her figure to it's full benefit as well. She set the tray down at the table beside us as Rebecca began to mix the cards in her strong hands, leaning over to place glasses beside our left side as she asked us in a clear and strong voice what we wanted to drink.

Eyes curious I followed her, wondering what it was she spoke to Rebecca as she leaned over her, then spoke to cover...

"You going to break in a new lady over me, Bull?"

Becky:

I watched everyone and everything, and when Christy whispered in my ear, I gave nothing away but I did give a slight nod.
"Yes, thanks." She set a drink before me, her eyes a little wider and frightened almost.
She had asked what I was doing there? But I could not answer that, and when she asked if I was there to take her home and kill bull, I had responded out loud so she knew.
Now would she betray me once again or would she accept help? I was weary of her, watching her closely as she delivered the rest of the drinks and sat in the corner.
Heart hammering a little, I could feel Bull's foot under the table near my own. Glancing up at him, I kept my expression mostly blank, forcing a seductive little wink and smile before going back to the cards to watch the outcome. I knew Rein's plans already, I knew he was going to play but not play too well.
He wanted Bull to claim he won, even though cheating, I watched Bull switch cards with a friend when he thought we weren't looking.
He raised and taunted, raised again and taunted some more before calling it. Laying down his cards, he had three ladies smiling up at him.
I waited for Rein to lay his down....

Reinhardt

I had watched Bull clumsily switch cards with his cronies and it took a huge effort to conceal my reaction. Huge because I wanted to grin and draw the pistol that hung so close to my free hand and finish this charade. But there were two reasons within the room why I didn't and for the time being that was more than enough.

"Two lowly aces, I'm afraid you win this hand Bull" I conceded and closed my hand. "And I'm a man of my word, a deal is a deal"

I had finished the last part of my sentence looking directly at Rebecca, knowing full well whose hands I had placed her into and praying silently she was as tough as she had presented herself as to me.

"Bull? While you're ummm, busy getting aquainted with Violet you would let me console Christine? It's said a man should never waste the sweet tears of a woman as she mourns a man"

It took everything I had to keep the distaste from my face while trying to catch Christine's eyes, our plan was going perfectly or was itl?

Becky:

I stiffened a little as Christy came sauntering towards the table. A look in her eyes that was purely evil.
I tensed up, my hand taking Rein's under the table for a moment. My eyes were on my sister and what she was up too!?
It looked to me like she was going to snitch us out to Bull..

"I'm not one to complain you see..." She began as she moved around the table to stand behind Rein. "But... Well, I have a score to settle.." Without batting an eye or even flinching, she jerked up her hand holding a colt .45 and fired. Bull was knocked backwards and somewhere screaming was heard.
Was it me? I was in shock, splattered with brain matter and so unexpectably thrown into a mess!
"Holy shit! she done kilt Bull!" One of his henchmen gaped astonishingly at Christy and back to Bull.
I peeked around the table and sure as shit he had a bullet hole between the eyes.
All hell then broke loose as men jumped to draw their gun.
Christy began laughing until Rein grabbed her and threw her with him behind the bar. I turned and jumped through the window and landed hard on the porch outside. A sharp stabbing pain went up my arm as I landed on it as well as a sharp pain in my thigh. Glancing down at the glass protruding from my leg, I yanked it out and tossed it away. I heard shots fired instantly and knew Rein and Christy were pinned behind the bar.
Jumping up I ran like hell towards the horses. Stumbling, I jumped up and ripped the skirt completely off the dress, yanked out my guns from my saddle bag and ran towards the building.
Shots fired again and this time right before my feet. Glancing up towards the roof as I dove, I fired and hit someone in the body.
Peeking out, I heard nothing more outside but inside I could hear shouting and firing.
Jumping back up, I ducked and ran for the window.

Reinhardt

A dozen revolvers thundered in the suddenly small confines of Bull's cabin as I held Christine to the floor and cursed.

I should have known something was going to happen when she was clean AND sober!

I ducked as a richochet sizzled over our heads and plowed into the row of bottles beside us, sending a shower of glass and whiskey over us, then pushed a pistol over the counter and fanned it.

"Christine, keep your gawdamn head down and use the shells of my belt to load the pistols" I cursed at the squirming woman beneath me and then turned as I heard footsteps coming around the corner.

Another round tore splinters in the counter above us and I returned the fire, watching Sleepy Joe stumble backwards clasping his chest before he fell to the floor.

"Looks like ya finally gunna get the rest you deserve Joe" I observed and then ducked as another round of shots shredded the wood counter over our heads and another rain of glass showered onto us.

"Christy I need that gun pronto!" I called out urgently, trying to load my second pistol, watch for more bandits to come around the corner AND stay alive as I did both. "GAWDAMMITT!!! Where did that sister of yours go?"

We wouldn't make it another three minutes behind the once solid bar counter, already there were enough holes in it to call it swiss cheese and the number was rapidly growing.

Finally Christy handed me my second revolver with six live rounds in it and nodded, looking at me with serious and sober eyes.

"You knew what you were doing all along, didn't you?" I pointed out and cocked both pistols, the heavy weight in each hand reassuring somehow.

Christy's eyes sparkled as she nodded, then asked.
"What are we going to do now?"

Using my right hand gun I pointed to the narrow door midway down the length of the well splintered bar.

"As soon as I start shooting you're going to crawl down there, shoot the lock off that door and then crawl into the storeroom. There's a pair of windows you can shoot out and then climb thru"

"And then?"

"Run like hell to my cabin and where the horses are behind it, then bring the whole damn lot back here"

She nodded then slid out from under my legs, her eyes teasing as she deliberately rubbed herself against me.

"Too bad we never got together, Rein, It would have been fun"

I shook my head at her comment. Somethings never changed and Christy was one of them. She was 110 pounds of raging hormones and would never quit trying to get laid.

She began to crawl towards the doorway, then stopped as I called a warning to her.

"Christy? Make sure you come back with the horses or next time I'll put a PAIR of holes in your carcass"

I knelt and then stood, both pistols over the bar top as I half crouched behind what shelter it could give and began to fire at the bandits as a body fell from the roof outside and thru the porchroof.

"Come on boys, the party is just started!"

Becky:

I peeked over the window ledge and ducked quickly just as bullets splintered the wood.
"Dammit REIN! Watch where the hell you are shootin'!" I barked out loudly. Peeking over again, I spotted two of the spainards from last night creepin' along the floor. Jumping up with both guns drawn I wasted all 12 rounds into the two. Fallin' back down and moving to the side I heard the big guy shout out, "At the window!" The red headed fool wasn't thinkin' too carefully because when he fired random shots, I reloaded and counted off his six. He was out....

"Stupid..." I just lifted up enough to see him and fire, hitting him in the shoulder and spinning him around, another struck him in the back low and to the left. He went down like a ton of bricks, hitting and staying down.

I heard a door slam and a window break, moving around towards the front of the building, I watched Christy make her way towards the horses.

"little witch best not run!" I would shoot her if I had to, I wanted out of here in one piece. But Christy took the reins of the horses and led them towards the building.
"ok.." She was setting it up for us to flee.. I wasn't fleeing though.
crawling across the porch, I made my way around to another window and peeked in. All were scattered and hiding behind various tables and log beams. They knew they now had two shooters on their hands. They were guestering with their hands, not wanting to call out their locations but I could see one clearly. He was pointing towards the bar, telling someone somewhere to go in..

Leveling my gun from behind him, I yelled out, "Drop your weapons boys!" This got them turning around and firing. THERE! I ducked and scampered around the side, coming up short where christy stood.
"Get Rein and get out of here!" I barked at her as she glared at me a moment. "No!" She started to spout off when I ducked around her and went to a new window. I was distracting them and wasting their ammo, I just hoped Rein would run out of there the next distraction.
Glancing at the porch awning I pushed my guns into their holsters and proceeded to climb the log.
"Becky! Get down from there! You're not dressed and a sittin' duck up there!" She hissed out at me but i ignored her, as usual and kept going until I was on the roof.
Glancing around I found the upper floor window that led into the bedroom. Running over, I used the butt of my gun and broke out the window panes. Hearing stomping feet, I knew some one was coming upstairs. Jumping up on the little pitched roof above I waited. Someone stuck their gun out first and then their head. Taking my cue I bashed the moron over the head and pushed his body down over the roof. One more down and out. I heard him hit and Christy squeal and curse.
"Gawd dammit becky!" I peeked over the roof and skittered back down, hearing more firing inside I grabbed Christy.
"Tie him up dammit, I will be right back!" I dont know if she complied or not, the man was out either way, but I made my way around the front once again and to the door. Crouching down, I peeked inside.
I could see Rein behind the bar, loading his gun and smiling. I could see several dead bodies littering the floor.
"How many left?" I asked, getting a bullet for my efforts from somewhere towards the back. Ducking back, I cursed a few times in various languages.

Reinhardt

"Seven, no make that six!" I replied as she spun another with a quick shot from her left gun.

I scrabbled behind the no longer protecting bar and dived for the protection of the upright piano, as yet unscathed from the furious gunfire and then drew a bead on another figure as he rose from behind a table.

"Hello Johnny" I called to the back of the figure and then fired after he had spun and faced me. "Guess they won't be calling you "Blue" anymore"

Keeping my head low I moved from the safety of the piano to behind the table Johnny had occupied, grinning at the third eye now in the top of his head.

"Five now, MARSHALL WILLIAMS" I bellowed for effect as I reloaded my right pistol "And they're trapped between us!"

The firing stopped and I could hear the hushed discussion of the remaining men in the room and knew what was about to come.

"The cowards are going to run!" I yelled out again, thumbing back both hammers and rising as the bandits did just that.

Seconds later a single man was alive, limping towards the door and then falling to the Marshall's well placed shot from above.

Punching the empty brass out I filled both guns, moving towards the rear door of the cabin and meeting the Marshall.

"We better get going, if we hang around here the rest of the men will regroup and get it in thier thick heads to come gunning for us."

Out the back door Christy was found, sitting on her pony, hair matted and tears streaming down her face.

"I kept my part of the bargain, Christine. You keep yours now"
I tossed at her as I tightened my mounts cinches and swung into the saddle.

"Marshall? It was good working with you, instead of facing off against you. I hope you’re grateful enough to let me ride out of here without a fight?"

I had kept my 45 in my left hand as I mounted, my eyes on the Marshall as she swung onto Blacky and I gigged my own horse and second mount towards the creek.

It was over. I had kept my word and salved my own conscience, hoping it would be enough for the Marshall to take me off her own private wanted poster, my back itching as the distance between myself and the two sisters rapidly increased.

Becky:

Be well...... I will miss you! I so badly wanted to say those words aloud! Instead I fell silent and turned Christy's horse and my own towards home.
"Keep yourself outta trouble Rein... I'll be seein' ya." I doubted it, I would clear off his wanted posters in payment for what he did for me and I would move on in life, the way I had been.
Riding for awhile in silence, I did not want to listen to Christy nor her sobbing. I wanted home and I wanted safe! Bull's men would regroup and I was betting they would follow two instead of the one.. Especially when he called out "Marshall Williams" in there.
He may have signed my death warrant, but I was prepared for this and much worse.
"We need to get to Pete and get you settled somewhere." I said as we stopped to water the horses and mules.
"We don't have much time to get home, we don't even dare stop and camp.. I hope you can keep up Christy..?" I glanced over my shoulder at her. She was staring at the ground, her hands fisted together as tears fell down her face.
"What in the hell is wrong now?!" I barked out, causing her to jump in fear.
"Don't tell me you actually loved Bull!? I won't buy that shit!"
She shook her head and said nothing more.
"Then what.. Ya know what? never mind.. I hated these games as a kid and I hate them even more now.. Let's just get going home shall we!?"
"NO!" She shouted out finally, her eyes wide with fear.
"NO! I DONT WANT TO GO BACK THERE! EVER!" She screamed at me, Blacky skittered a little, threatening to bolt and run at the tone of her voice.
"ALRIGHT! Hush! Dammit girl! Have you no sense!? You are going to get my thrown with your stupidity!" I growled at her, still tempted to shoot her for all the pain she caused me.
"Look, let's go.. We can talk on the way home.. Ok?" She again shook her head no at me and pulled up on her mare.
"I am not going back there Becky....."
Sighing heavily, I ran my hand down my face and around to the back of my neck, shaking my head I wondered "why me?"
"Alright, I give.. Why not?!"
"Because of what Daddy did to me.." She trembled fear clearly in her eyes.
"What did Daddy do to you?" I asked in exasperation.
"He.. He...... He got me pregnant.. an..." She started sobbing uncontrollably and blubbering out in between... "he.. hurt me! and and.. He made me blame Rein .. b-because.. he wanted you too!"
"That is very sick Christy! You have to be really messed up in the head to blame your OWN FATHER!" I shouted at her in anger, my eyes only seeing red and death.. For her if she didn't shut up!
"NO HE DID!" She wailed back at me.. "The night in the barn! It was him! I had.. fallen into the creek and Rein offered me his shirt.. I went to the barn to dry off before going into the house.. And Daddy seen me in his shirt.. He came in and accused me of all kinds of vile things.. And he raped me yet again.. AND he wanted Rein gone..."
"Why?!" I was confused and not believing this for a single moment.
"Because Rein was getting curious about Daddy and me and started to watch us closer..."
"Bullshit!" I said, turning my horse around and riding. She could follow or stick behind me either way..... Wait?!
I turned back, cold look in my eyes as I gazed at her.
"You lied to me then? Rein did not get you pregnant did he? He didn't even touch you?" She shook her head no.
"And why did he leave with you?"
"To...to.. Too..." She sputtered,
"SPIT IT OUT!" I was losing my patients quickly and about to hurt her for all of this..
"To protect me and the babe until it was born, then I could return home once the scandal wore down.. Rein wouldn't take money to marry me.. He didn't want me.. He wouldn't even take money to be silent.. He said he would guard my name and kill Daddy.."
I shivered a little, a little lost on what to say or do here?
"Did you tell Rein what was told to me?" I asked and she did not answer.
"DID YOU!?" I barked at her again.
"N-No. I didn't tell him anything.." She cried even harder than before.
"It doesn't matter anymore does it Christy? You and Dad did a real nice job at making sure I'd never be happy again, or ever. Congrats.. You could have gone to anyone for help.. Even me! ME! I trusted you, I would have done ANYTHING for you! Including kill my own Father for what he did! But instead you lied and hid like a coward's way. Let's go before I leave you here for them.. Family or not, you betrayed me and you had fun doing it!"
"he hurt me! I just wanted to hurt someone else..." Her whimpering excuses did nothing for me.
"Yeah well.. you hurt me as did..... It doesn't matter, I still came after you! I still came to bring you home safely! Two wrong's and all that Christy.. You think about that awhile.." The rest of the trip was fast and hard on us both. The horses were near ready to colaspe when we arrived at the stables in town.
Christy was quickly taken to the boarding house to get some rest. I called in Pete and had him watch the town. Climbing up into the barn, I laid down with my ammo and guns to the side, blanket over me and tears falling down my face. This was just a messed up situation and when it was all over.. I was thinking of retiring and going off somewhere for awhile... I fell into a light sleep, waking now and then to listen for sounds of the bandits approach..

The William's farm hadn't changed much since the last time I saw it, I decided as I sank behind a ancient tree that had fell and propped my 50-120 Sharps against it, laying a neat row of brass cartridges on top.

The paint was fresh, curtains hanging in the windows of house, the fence line straight as an arrow. It showed the work put into it by a determined individual and I had a feeling I knew who that person was. I also had a strong feeling I knew WHERE she was as did the group of men that had stepped off the sweat flecked mounts moments ago.

It was a matter of logic when I rode off from the canyon, greed would quickly overcome reason the remaining and badly weeded out survivors and the share of the spoils would be greater for each of them. It was also a matter of logic they'd go looking for the one person they knew would die trying to stop them and that they were confident in the combined ability of the gun hands that moved towards the ranch yard.

So overly confident that several even lit a home rolled as they walked, making the perfect target for me as I propped the heavy "buffalo gun" over the rotted log and pulled the trigger.

The heavy bullet tore thru the air like a swarm of angry bees, the repercussion jolting my shoulder as the sound of the gun echoed across the grassy meadow and off the buildings. Grinning I slid the bolt back and let the empty cartridge drop, then jacked another smoothly into the barrel.

Another hard jolt and I was rewarded with another figure dropping in the growing light of early morning and the curses of the men below. A third time I repeated the motions and then ducked, a hail of bullets from the smaller caliber pistols dropping around me.

Crouching down I shuffled away from the log and thru the heavy grass to find another vantage point and finish this once and for all.

"Time to put up your guns boys" I called down from the small hill I was on "You're surrounded"

Laughter floated back up the hill at me, sounding eerie in the false dawn as I cocked the long gun and sighted in on a voice that retorted.

"BY WHO? You and your HORSES?"

The slow creak of a wooden door was heard and I grinned as a familiar female voice replied to the taunting one...

Becky:

Sometime before Dawn I readied myself for an attack, knowing the men would come gunnin' for the one who stood between them and the town resting just yonder.
Loading up every rifle and gun I owned, I even put Christy in the hay loft loaded and ready. I heard the booming shots and paused in my steps towards the door.
"Rein?" It couldn't be?? Why would he return? Then I grinned.. Sneak attack.. Damned if he didn't always think of the good ideas!

"Time to put up your guns boys.....You're surrounded" I heard Rein call out.

And muffled bunch of laughter errupted in the yard, "BY WHO? You and your HORSES?" One called out.

Horses? Pffft.

Picking up my two matching colt 45's I stepped through the door and aimed.

"I don't like being likened to a horse fellas.." Firing twice the one that was laughing was now a bleeding pile of whimpering manhood. Turning my guns in two directions, I shot at two more who jumped to scamper and hide. At the same instance Christy fired her rifle from above into the head of one and he went spinning to a dead stop on the ground.
"THROW DOWN YOUR WEAPONS!" I barked out. Again Firing at the same time Rein did. His gun, whatever the hell he was using split one guy in two right before my eyes. Christy wounded another and I shot at the four remaining men's feet.
Swearing they cried out almost in a child like voice, "Ok ok! We give up! Stop shooting DAMMIT!"
Holding my two gun's on them, I waited for Christy to come down and Rein to come in closer.

Reinhardt

I led my two mounts down the slope and into the ranch yard, now littered with dead, bleeding and broken bandits.

"Looks like you've got your town back Marshall"

I had slid the Sharps into the boot, leaving my hands free for the pistols unstrapped at my hips.

"And you have this all under control. WITH your sister helping you, fighting beside you and not against"

I chuckled, the idea making me smile as the prisoners were tied and lined up to be moved.

"You should have shot them all, Marshall. Then you wouldn't be doing paperwork all day"

This time I laughed as the remaining four blanched and grew wide eyed.

"I'm going to get a bath, shave and a meal in YOUR town, if that's allright?" I asked, swinging onto my horse and waiting for her to affirm it.

Gigging my horse I chuckled again as Christy walked up beside her sister. In a way they were quite alike, temperment, stubborness and both good shots.

"And I'll stay out of trouble, Marshall" I promised over my shoulder. "I don't want YOU or your sister to shoot me, again!"

Becky

I nodded my head, "Thanks Rein." I talked to Christy awhile about taking care of the house while I was in town and not to expect me back until tomorrow.
Turning, I mounted Blacky who stood waiting in the barn and took the reins to the other horse. Holding my gun I fired at the feet of the bandits.
"Get walkin! I ain't got all damned day!" They slowly walked before me and towards town. I kept an eye on them all, warning them if they stepped out of line once I'd shoot first and ask later..

Rein would be in town for the night.... perhaps I'd meet up with him once all the paper work was done..

Becky

Making my way into town, pete met me just outside and helped me to get the prisoners into the jail. Upon researching each criminal I found bounty's on each of their heads.
"Well looks like Rein will be a rich man.." I smiled a little, won't he be surprised?
It took a few hours but when the paper work was all done, I nodded to Pete.
"I am taking the night off...."
"Goin' ta see Rein before he leaves?" He asked quietly.
"Possibly. I do need to speak with him.."
"Well don't get into a fight, I'd hate to arrest the marshall.." He chuckled at me and I just ignored it.
Shaking my head I laughed softly, "Nah there won't be any fighting. Good night Pete."
"Nite Becky.."
I left the jail house and walked across the street towards the hotel. Entering I took off my hat and moved towards the desk.
"Where's he stayin'?"
Richard knew who I was talking about and motioned upstairs, "Room ten."
"Thanks. He in?"
"Nah, he went to the saloon to get a drink while the bath was being made ready for him.."
"Bath?"
"Yeah.."
"Thanks.." I nodded my head and started to leave, then stopped short.
"Don't let anyone disturb us and don't warn him I am here.."
He nodded his head as I went up. It was time to make ammends if only for a single night and admit I was wrong for judging him..I just hoped he didn't get angry when he found me..
Grinning, I moved up towards his room and entered. The door stood wide open as the young girl just finished pouring the water to top off his bath.
"That will be all, milly.." The girl nodded and left.
Eyeing the bath I grinned and began to strip down out of my clothes. I was dirty, well a little and tired.. I could make use of his water since he wasn't around and pay for his bath later..
Stripped completely, I let down my hair and climbed into the hot water. Sighing, I relaxed back and closed my eyes..
Now I would just have to wait for Rein to arrive.. if and when he came back.. I peeked out and glanced around. His saddle bags were here.. He'd be back...

OOC: Must be the longest running non sexual srp thread in current history!

IC: A bottle in one hand and a pocketful of cheroots! I strutted down the hall, happy to be in one peice and looking forward to the bath!

The young lady assured me the tub was COMPLETELY full with a wink and I tipped her, grinning as I moved to the door.

It was open and noises were coming from the interior. A pistol filled my hand and I stepped thru and over into the room, ready for anything...

Except what I saw.

My jaw dropped.

The cheroot fell out.

I almost dropped the bottle. Almost.

"Gawd Damn, Marshall!" I grinned and kicked the door shut "I didn't think ya would stoop to stealing my bath!"

I kicked off one boot, then the other.

"Shoot me maybe"

I set the bottle down and hung both belts over hers, close enough to reach if needed.

"Toss me in jail and threaten to hang me"

The shirt went next, then the pants.

"Call me a liar and break my heart"

The longtom's were off and I stepped over the tubs edge and into the water, grinning down at her as I snatched the bottle, lowering myself into hot water.

"But NEVER steal my bath!"

Becky reached forward and slid another cheroot into my mouth, then reached up and pulled off my new hat, tossing it towards the bed.

"You won't be needing this for a while!"

It didn't take a few seconds and the second cigar hit the floor unsmoked in one night and the bottle was left floating on it's own, Becky on top of my lap and my lips all over hers.

"Awwww, Beck" I mumbled, feeling her bottom rub me the RIGHT way for a change.

And then I couldn't speak, because her lips were crushed to mine, her tongue half into my mouth as I felt her hands rubbing my chest and shoulders.

Eyes wide open I knew I was going to get into trouble and her name was Rebecca Williams!

Two hands on her waist I guided her teasing bottom to the one eyed monster drowning in the warm, soapy water then slid into her hot interior. The motion broke our kiss and I went for her breast, sucking at it and drawing the hard nipple directly into my mouth, teasing it with my teeth as we relearned what we knew so long ago.

As soon as his ass was in the tub I grabbed him by his shoulders and slithered into his lap.
"Shut up Rein..You talk too much..." I purred against his lips, my own meeting his in a hungry demanding kiss.
Hunger over the years missed, him back and strutting around in my life once again! The fact that all this time was over some sick man's illness in the head! I wanted him, without complications, without words and certainly without the guns.
sliding against him, I heard the water spill out over the edge of the tub and wet the floor, putting out his forgotten smoke but not putting us out in the process.
Moaning into his mouth, I felt his hands grasp at my hips, moving under me and between my thighs. Breaking free of his lips, I let my head fall back as a pleasure riddled moan escaped my lips in a hiss... "Ooh yesss!" It had been far too long.. It was almost like coming home.. A sensation I had missed and longed for all this time.
My nails bit into the tender flesh of his shoulders as we became one again, learning all over how right we fit together. Arching a little, I thrust my breast further into his mouth, my hands burrowing into his satiny locks and tugging, holding him there. Tightening up wouldn't help much so I let myself loosen up and begin to ride him smoothly and slowly.... I would take my time here,I wanted to remember this night forever.. I just hoped it would keep me warm when he rode out again.. Unless I could convince him to remain.. but I wasn't counting on it.
With a cry of pleasure and almost sadness with the thoughts of him leaving all over again, I moved closer, hugging him to me tightly as we moved. The water dipped and swayed with us, splashing into the floor but we did not care, both lost in the moment of us..

Now we were getting somewhere! All the pent up frustrations were manifesting themselves in the form of sexual energy as I lifted my hips to each downward thrust of Becky's. Every minute I had forced myself to remain calm when she was infuriating me the past few days was coming out as I gripped her silky hips and pulled her to me, suckling one breast then the other as she moaned approval and gripped my hair.

"Damn woman you sure know how to play hard ta get!" I growled with a grin "Ya spose this is a bad time ta ask ya ta mar..."

Becky gripped my head and shoved it under the water, the warm soapy bubbles not hiding her wicked grin as I came up sputtering but still meeting each fast stroke of hers with one of my own.

I gripped her hips and grinned in return, knowing from long past times what drove her insane, how to tease her...

"Looooong and slllllow, huh, Beck?" I teased as my hands held her, restraining her from bouncing and lifting her high, almost off my swollen shaft before lowering her down again, then twitching my hips with a quick thrust.

"That still drive you wilder than an unbroke buckskin?"

Again and again I lifted her, grinning and watching her face as the teasing took it's course and she softly cursed me with closed eyes, then opened them as her groin met mine with a bounce.

And then I let her free, my hands off her hips and letting her do what she wanted, what she needed to me as I had done in real life. My eyes serious and studying her own as she returned the stare. It wasn't a battle anymore. We were Beck and Rein, lovers together in a world of our own. And as she lowered her lips to mine I kissed her gently, feeling a different kind of passion, a greater need than just the flesh as we moved together in unison, our bodies thrilling at the touch and quivering in eager anticipation of what was coming.

I held her body to mine, feeling her hard nipples slide up and down my chest muscles, knowing I had played the game right this time. My lips were on her neck, her shoulder, her lips and then back again as we grew closer and closer in celbration of cumming together. In more ways than just the physical one.

"Behhhhhhhk" I moaned into her ear and felt her own lower muscles grip my cock tight.
