Hmmm... I have lived in some of those states. Namely:

Massachusetts
New York
California
Pennsylvania

I lived on Cape Cod while I was in MA. The population where I lived on that specific part of the Cape was mainly elderly. So it would stand to reason that older men might have more trouble and need the pill. There were not a lot of good full time jobs on the Cape so most people worked of the Cape and had long commute times. See the next paragraph.

Parts of NY and CA have hideous traffic and poor air quality. The traffic can wear someone out. I can remember it taking pretty much all day to get to the military commissary and back because of the long drive.

Much of PA is very bleak and depressed. Coal mining country. Some mines still operate but most do not. Not a lot of good jobs. The people are very poor and unless they manage to move away, haven't much to look forward to in the future, so they turn to drugs and alcohol. In the area where I lived, there was a bar on pretty much every corner just like there are coffee places on every corner here.

Just my thoughts on the matter.

and 'prescriptions' is the key word here; how many buy that stuff online without it being prescribed medication? think the data might show significant differences, which might also go to show those original 10 states quoted have people buying their e.d meds in a more responsible manner.

Let me break it down, I guess, because we're doing this.

If you have depression and you can afford your meds, your lifetime happiness goes up.

If you're older and your dick doesn't work, but you still have people who would like you to supply them with dick, you get medication for that. If you DON'T have people who would like you to supply them with dick, you don't get the medication. So the medication will be in higher demand among people who are still fucking, even well into old age, aging being the most common reason people get ED.
