Well, it depends on who you ask. Some will say it's better, others will say it's the most terrible experience ever. I mostly had people telling me the latter when I applied, but I suppose the masochist in me decided to apply anyway. My guess is that it completely depends on a) your supervisor and b) how much you care. I don't really know you (nearly as much as I would like ), so I can't say if it would be for you or not. I've never really been much of an artist myself unless you count my crappy band in high school (most wouldn't), but I get what you mean about school diverging from passion.

However, I must say, I like the way you celebrate. You and I should have a little party just between the two of us.
