I'm wanting to do a very sensual RP revolving around my main character Mandy who is 18 and has just begun her college years. She has decided to major in theatre and is about to go to her first class. I need one male RP partner who will play the various males she comes into contact with. I envision Mandy as a girl coming from a very conservative background who starred in her church's Christmas and Easter plays and high school musicals like West Side Story and Grease. She's a bit worried about performing roles in plays by Shakespeare and Tennessee Williams which she knows will be much more taxing for her emotionally. Every play she's been in has been PG. She's possibly kissed in some of her roles but that's the most she's ever done in regards to physical romance or sexuality on stage.

However, when she arrives at the university, she realizes her vision of the theater has been quite sheltered. She enters a program where the director is a new hire and brings a lot of intensity and edginess to the program. He pushes Mandy past her boundaries slowly but surely. He opens up a whole new world to her and challenges everything she has believed in before. He turns her into an artist. And she slowly begins to view her body much differently. She begins to view herself as a true artist and will eventually become obsessed with seeing how far she can push her artistry. She tackles more challenging and complex roles. Some of which may invovle nudity.

I do not necessarily want her to have a relationship with the professor (although I'm not completely opposed to it). I do want her to find herself eventually really exploring her sexuality both on and off the stage. I don't want this to occur quickly however but to occur very slowly.

I ask that my partner be willing to post about 4-5 short paragraphs with each post (more or less depending on the scene) and be willing to post on average of once a day (sometimes more, sometimes less frequently). Please reply to me via PM with a post of your own in response to the one I've written below. Message me if you have any questions/suggestions.

Mandy
Age: 18
Heighth: 5'5"
Weight: 135 lbs.

Looks a little bit like a cross between Natalie Portman and Keira Knightley.

First post:

Mandy walked to her first theatre class on the warm August day. It was still very hot, about 90 degrees on a breezy day, and she wore a light pink t-shirt with purple trim and white shorts that were short enough to show off her newly shaven legs, yet long enough that her mother would have been fine with them, although perhaps not her very protective father. She was friendly, bright, and her body had the thin but athletic trim of the girl who had lettered all four years in both basketball and soccer. Her auburn hair swayed lightly when the all too rare light breezes touched it. She was glad that she had been able to go back to her dorm room after her biology class and freshen up before a calm walk back to her most anticipated class of her first semester of college: Intro. to Theatre 101.

Mandy had always enjoyed being in the theatrical productions of her Southern Baptist church and rural high school. She was talented and pretty enough that she almost always got the leads. She hoped that despite her parents' objections that she would be able to explore her talents in that arena. She didn't really see what the big deal was. It wasn't like she wasn't preparing herself for other options. She was taking education classes and figured she'd probably double major in elementary education since she really didn't have any illusions of Broadway in her future. She just wanted to study something she loved in college. Even if it wasn't the most financially viable. But that was why she had worked hard for scholarships that would support her enough that with some help from her parents she could double major rather than waiting tables for the next four years.

She walked leisurely forward glad that she didn't have to be in a rush and get herself sweaty before class. She wanted to make a good impression. She had been told that the department had just hired a new chair of the theater department whose class she would soon be arriving at. He had just graduated with his MFA from a very presitigious program. This excited Mandy quite a bit since she knew it might mean that a freshman like herself wouldn't have to compete for roles with already established favorite performers of the theatre department's primary professor and director. She wondered what the season would be like this year. Perhaps he would mention that in class. She really wanted to do well in this course. Perhaps, it might help her when auditions rolled around. She saw Wilson hall ahead and marched towards the Theater which was accesed via a side door in the gothic academic buidling. She took a deep breath and walked forward into the buidling for her class.

Michael was a junior in the theater department and had just secured a position as a teaching assistant to the new department chair. It was going to be his job to work with various groups of students as they acted out scenes and tried various techniques. He was rather excited because the professor had a reputation for using modern plays and edgy twists on classic plays to really stretch an actor’s versatility. It was going to be a much better program than it had been under the stogy old Dr. Winklestein.

Still, the idea of working with a bunch of total noob freshmen was less than exciting and Michael was already feeling a bit disinterested as the very young seeming students filtered into the classroom. They looked too eager, something that made Michael shake his head. He knew that half of them would be transferred out of the department by the end of their first year and that even fewer would make it to their junior year. Too many people thought they could act, but few could manage the real trick of being vulnerable, exposing themselves emotionally and sometimes physically on stage and still remain tough enough to survive the inevitable criticism and far too frequent backbiting. Good acting was much harder than most people realized and talent was no sure guarantee of success.

About two minutes to go before class started and well over half the seats were full. A flash of red made Michael look up from the syllabus he was studying. For just a moment, before the door closed he caught a glimpse of what had to be the cutest girl he’d ever seen. For a moment her dark hair glowed like it was on fire in the sunlight from outside before the door eclipsed it. Michael was, for that moment at least, completely entranced. His eyes followed her, making note of where she found a place in one of the rows near the front.

At that moment, Professor Eccleston walked in and took his place in front of the class. His build was athletic and he had strong facial features that if they did not make him exactly handsome, they certainly made him striking. He was young, at least compared to most of the professors, and he walked with an energetic sense of purpose that seemed to draw every eye in the hall to him. Even though Michael had seen the professor several times before, he was still impressed. He’d never seen another professor with the sort of personal magnetism that Eccleston had.

The lecture began and nearly everyone in the room seemed enthralled by the professor’s commanding voice. But it was hardly just a lecture, it was much more hands-on than that and before long Michael and the other TAs were playing out various scenes for the class as examples of various styles and techniques. Then, about halfway into the class, each TA was asked to pick a student at random with whom to play out a simple, short scene. Michael’s choice was anything but random, he went straight for the auburn-haired girl. He motioned for her to come down onto the stage.

Mandy walked into the dark interior of the theater and adjusted her eyes to the lack of light in contrast to the bright day outside. She walked down the right aisle and looked at the rest of the class. First days were always awkward. Where were you supposed to sit? She hadn't felt like this since she started high school. Where she sat might determine who her friends were for the rest of the semester. Maybe even for several years. It could be a paralyzing thought if one considered it for long. She decided on a seat next to the aisle in the third row. It wasn't next to anyone but not so distant that it looked like she was avoiding people. A freshman guy soon came in later and immediately took the seat next to her. He was blond-haired and had a two day old shave that he must have thought made him look masculine considering the confident way he smile at her. He wasn't unattractive but the bold near arrogant way he looked at her didn't give the best first impression.

She made some small talk with Nathan before Professor Eccleston walked upon the stage. He was quite impressive in both appearance and presentation. He wasn't very old and wore jeans with a dark t-shirt. He also introduced the teaching assistants (two guys and a girl) who would be helping the class that semester. Mandy thought the one guy was quite handsome and hoped that she would get the opportunity to work with him. She thought Professor Eccleston had called him Michael but she couldn't be sure.

Next, the class began and it was unlike anything that Mandy had experienced before. Professor Eccleston lectured in a way that kept you enthralled. She found herself alternating between scribbling notes furiously and staring back at him in awe. He soon incorporated the three teaching assistants and led them in some dramatic improv. All three of them were very good and Mandy suddenly realized that this was going to be much harder than she had imagined. The scenes were intense and Mandy marvelled at how the actors could move from one serous emotion to another so quickly. Professor Eccleston then told each of the TAs to pick someone out of the class and bring them up to the stage. Butterflies fluttered in Mandy's stomach as the handsome TA strode over to her.

He introduced himself and she smiled back that she was Mandy. He motioned for her to follow him back up to the stage and soon she was standing up there with Professor Eccleston, the TAs, and two of her fellow classmates. She saw the rest of the class stare back at her and she suddenly experienced a bit of stage fright but was determined to push past it as she always had. Professor Eccleston then told each of the freshman to come up and take a piece of paper out of a hat. He explained that each slip of paper had instructions for the scene that they were soon to perform with their fellow TA.

Mandy took a slip from the hat and read it. Her eyes grew wide. She looked up at Michael and walked slowly over to him. She handed him the slip. It said: Stand at opposite end of the stage from your partner and have a conversation with him/her as if you are in bed together and just waking up from your first sexual encounter. Mandy took a big gulp that felt like she was swallowing her stomach as she heard Professor Eccleston announce that she and Michael were to go first.

Michael secretly enjoyed watching Mandy squirm a bit at being in front of the class on the first day. It wasn’t that he was deliberately mean, but there was something amusing about watching her struggle to hide her nerves. But when she showed him what was on the slip of paper, he couldn’t help but smile. It was not going to be an easy scene, even for him, given that they had to be on opposite sides of the stage, rather than right next to each other. Projecting the right amount of intimacy was going to be challenging.

Before taking his place on stage, he mussed up his hair a bit. He chose to open the scene with a yawn and a stretch, setting the scene for the audience. This was a scenario that he had actually played out for real a couple of times, so it was easy to project the initial sense of confusion at waking up with someone else that gradually changes to a sense of satisfaction and a remembrance of shared pleasure. He looked across the stage at the still apparently sleepy-eyed Mandy. He was impressed at her ability to get into the character of the scene so quickly despite her apparent discomfort with the subject matter.

A slow, lazy smile spread across Michael’s face. “Good morning, beautiful,” he said in a stage whisper. “I hope you had a good time last night?” He was couldn’t help but wonder what it might really be like to wake up next to such a pretty girl. Not that Michael hadn’t dated some beautiful girls before. He was good looking and athletic enough to have more or less his pick of women, but Mandy was something special. He wasn’t quite sure what it was about her, but it was definitely there. Just the thought of her with her hair tousled and shining in the morning sunlight was breathtaking and the smile on his face became a bit more genuine.
