2 rejects of mine implied sex acts, but were in the end innocent acts involving livestock. 1 was the act of gathering eggs, and the other was simply mounting a horse for a ride. I didn't know exactly how to classify these because there's no classification, listed that exactly covers them. Therefore I put them under erotic poem, but they probably should be non-erotica, except for the implications and insinuations of something that's not really a sex act. See what I mean? Grin. I'm truly cornfused! Uncle Pervey.

I hate to sound like the idiot here but maybe the implied beasteality (spelling??) was your problem... isn't that one of the no-nos here?

I'm surprised the poems were rejected. When it comes to poetry, things aren't always as they seem--with metaphors and analogies.

I thought bestiality was a no no, but I thought I've seen it on lit before.

You have, but it was 'taken care of'.

Bestiality is a no-no according to the submission guidelines. Either you have a non-erotic poem about horse riding or, if you put it under erotic, you're asking for it to be rejected... ;)

new poem

He fucked me like an animal.
He was such a hairy beast.
But he wasn't an animal.
No, not even a beast.
He was a man.
A man!
I swear!

Oh wait. What about uncle P's Rudolf poem? The red-nosed reindeer is doing Mrs. Claus.
