Why wouldn't anything interesting happen around her? Same boring college classes, same boring lectures, same boring student body. Jesse Simmons was in a rut, a boredom rut. Everyday she woke up in her dorm, got dressed, sat through classes she absolutely hated, went back to the dorm, rince and repeat. Maybe she needed to get out more, who knows.

College parties were all the same, lots of beer pong and loud music. Normally Jesse would be up for that, but since she didn't drink the fun of beer pong kind of lost its appeal. So rather than be a party pooper, she opted to stay home and "gasp" get schoolwork done.

This semester was all classes that she had to take before she could take the classes she wanted. General ed stuff that would lead into her creative writing classes. She couldn't wait for that, one more semester and she would be home free.

So now she sat in the back corner of American History 102 and pretended to doodle notes, while hiding an earbud in her left ear, the music from her Ipod almost able to drown out the lecture.

Christian held a reputation for being different. He attended classes and did everything he was supposed to, but he always tried to do something different every single day. Today he was dressed in as much of a steam punk way that he could.

He had spent almost all of his life working for the same company, went to the same dorm, met the same roommates, Danced the same dance every single day. Then I realized what I was doing. I was being a broken record. That was it. That day ended. The next day I died my hair blue and went to class. The day after that I dressed up like sonic the Hedgehog. I even spent an entire day suspended from a bunker cord, listening to a lecture from my cell phone. That day was so much fun.

Today though was different. I hadn't been much for dating, but today I was going to try to ask the girl in myhistory class to go get an ice cream or something with me. Old school yes, but today costume kinda called for it.

As soon as the class finished I made sure to wonder over in her direction in what would appear to be a nonchallant way. I smiled as I walked up to you. "Hey there." I say "I'm Christian."

Jesse briefly looked up as the cartoon character walked into the room, late as usual and jingling like a bag of change from what appeared to be an excess of metal pieces all over his...outfit? Jesse might be bored day to day, she at least could should up on time. How many girls got to say that they made it everywhere they needed to go on time?

The professor finally announced the homework and excused the class. Jesse slapped her notepad shut quickly and stuffed it into her backpack. She made her way out of class quickly, as if the room was about to explode really. Set in her mission to go get a cheeseburger and chili fries. You would think she ate like that if you took a single look at her, but truth be told heart disease was definately in her future.

She skidded to a halt as a voice called out to her as she emerged from the doorway. Glancing up she saw captain belt buckle in front of her with a soft smile on his face. So his name was Christian as it turned out.

Nodding softly, clearly wondering why he stopped her Jesse said, "Jesse."

I was definitely going to need to work on my costume. The look in her eyes was amusement, not anything like she was at all impressed.

Jesse. Something I would need hard to remember. I froze and ended up just staring at her for a minute. My mind racing at a million miles an hour. Ice cream. Wrong option. Paragliding? Maybe.

I did my best to clear my throat and try again. "Me, myself, and I are going to go paragliding.....maybe." I say. "Would you like to go with the three of us?" I ask trying to be funny. I think quickly and add even quicker "But if you prefer I think the three of us would love to buy you lunch."

Jesse raised an eyebrow and glanced up at him. Had he just referred to himself as two people? Then asked her to go jump off a cliff? She opened her mouth to refuse carefully as she wasn't exactly in the mood to get stabbed this afternoon, plus she was really hungry.

To his credit he saw that the paragliding idea was quickly going to be a bust and he changed his offer instead to buying lunch. Since she was starving he had caught her at just the perfect time.

She took a breath still debating on refusing him. "Lunch." Her refusal somehow turned into a nod, "Okay, but on one condition. Don't count yourself as two people anymore. The outfit is weird enough. Deal?" She asked, with a casual smile.

I smile and nod. "I was joking." I say grinning. "Me and myself are away." I laugh a bit and hold out my hand. "Trust me. Tomorrow the outfit will change. Got any ideas?" I ask.

I slide a watch out of my pocket and click it open. "We have fifteen minutes before I need to go search for more clothes. What would you like?" I mentally went over my costumes, trying to decide what would look good on me and what would impress her.

"I am sorry. I don't usually dress like this. I just refuse to look....Normal." I say zipping up my leather coat.

Jesse nodded and looked him over, "Well mission accomplished on not being normal by any means." She gestured toward the back end of campus where there was a popular burger joint that served the best chili fries in the history of the world. "I need chili and cheese, like now." She told him and started walking.

He spoke about changing his outfit in fifteen minutes and she laughed, "You can't be serious? You have an outfit schedule? How many of those things do you have?" She asked.

This guy was something else. Definitely the strangest person she'd ever spoken too. At least he wasn't ugly. Hell if he ever dressed like a regular guy, he'd be a decent looking guy.

"No I don't have a schedule, but I need more clothes. I've used everything I own in a different way. Up until today. Now I don't have anything else unique. At least nothing I can think of." I say grinning. I follow behind her, every jingle in my step even more obvious as I walked. I shook my head and walked behind her until we got to the stand.

"the lady needs Cheese and chili and fries. Supply her until she can't eat any more." I say grinning. The server looks at me and shakes his head before getting.to work on the fries.

Jesse leaned against the counter and waited for her endless order of fries apparently. She looked him up and down, "So you basically try to stand out as much as possible, for no other reason that for people to push you away? Now that is fascinating."

Her stomach growled and she warned him, "Okay heads up, I'm about to do horrible things to this plate of fries. So don't judge me." She teased, since he would probably be the last person on campus that would judge anyone concidering.

"So have you ever tried, maybe just a t-shirt and jeans?" She asked him, trying to get a feel for him better.

"Mmmmm.....T-shirt? What would be on it? Jeans? Maybe with dragons on them." I said thinking. I had an idea of what she would want from me to be impressive. "If I wore a T-shirt and jeans could I get a date?" I ask raising an eyebrow and watching you eat.

"I need like five orders for me." I call out. within minutes My order appeared and I ate a few of the fries. I watched you for a few minute already deciding on a plain black T-shirt and jeans of the same color.

Jesse looked up at him as she popped a fry into her mouth and licking the chili off her fingertips. "Aren't we on a date now?" She asked him smiling softly. "Oh you mean like a formal date?" She pretended to think about that for a moment. Truthfully she wouldn't go out with him dressed like a metal detector's nightmare, but if he simplified things, then it might be an entertaining night.

Finally she nodded and winked, "Okay. If you come in T-shirt and jeans we can go on a date."

I smiled and nodded. "T-shirt and jeans. What do you say. Fiveish?" I ask grinning.

I hadn't given myself much of a chance so I took a minute to look her over. I liked her hair. A natural brown with a slight curl, it did well to complement her tanned complexion "I wonder if she has tan lines?" I thought idly. My mind wandering a bit before focussing back on her. I had some difficulty deciding on her eyes. They appeared to be gray or hazel, but I eventually decided on hazel, betting that a change of clothing would off set those eyes and make them sparkle in a brilliant way. As much as my mind wanted to go lower I didn't let it for fear of going, but from what I could see she had an amazing physique.

I suddenly worried I was making her uncomfortable, because I was staring. "Sorry." i mumbled before looking down at my untouched food and pushing it away. No longer hungry, More excited.

Jesse rapidly finished her plate, and noticing that he hadn't touched any of his she reached over and snagged a few. "You don't seem to be eating these so you don't mind right?" She asked popping them into her mouth and smiling. "Fiveish sounds good." She told him.

Finished eating she winked at him and said, "I'm in dorm 123, see you at five Chris." Then she spun on her heel and walked off.

Back at her dorm she tossed her backpack on the bed and realized she had a date with probably the strangest boy she had ever met. Maybe she was really just bored and simply looking for excitement. Christian will at least be amusing to spend a little time with. Jesse had never been one to be interested in the average guy, although Christian's manner of dress was a bit extreme even for her.

To prepare for her evening she showered and applied a little make-up, just enough to highlight her best features. She put on a matching pair of underwear and a simple blue dress. Looking nice, but not overdoing things.

I watched her leave before quickly grabbing a pen and scribbling her dorm room number on my arm. I ran back to my dorm and dove into a pile of clothing, looking for something basic to wear. I finally found a pair of black jeans which I quickly slipped into. I grabbed a black t-shirt and my black coat. I ran to my bathroom and used the sink to wash out the temporary red until I was back to my black hair. I added a bit of red to my hair, making sure to dial down on the metals and trying to remain as simply as I could, but retain some of my unique style. I played with my hair a bit and ended up leaving it spiked before walking to my room and grabbing a pair of black and red shoes.

Before running out I looked in the mirror, then at my watch. Half past four. I thought I looked good. Definitely not as crazy as this morning. I ran to the parking lot and grabbed my bike. Pressed down on the electric starter and smiled as it roared to life, before I headed towards my dates dorm.

(In the image just remove the belt and Knee pad.)

Jesse heard the knock on the door and took one final look at herself in the mirrow before moving to open the door. She had no idea what to expect when she opened the door to see her date for tonight. Crazy bells, maybe some whistles or spikes. What she got was far less than she expected and she found herself breathing out a sigh of relief.

She looked him up and down, definitely more on the normal side, but still unique. "Okay now this is good, different, but gently different." She smiled at him stepped out of the room. "So what's the plan? Vampire den? Cave of evil?" She teased lightly.

"There's a very nice cave for torture about one mile from here." I say with a smirk. "There's also a bar and a diner, but I prefer to be tortured the old fashioned way. With a movie then dinner. There's a really good couple of movies playing. What say you? Or are your tastes more exotic?" I ask. I knew that places like the red light district were around if she wanted. I wasn't sure where, but I knew they served the worst foods.

"I have it! There is this beautiful place! It's called a beach!" I say grinning. "Maybe they have a nice board walk we could walk along."

Thank God for a guy with a sense of humor. Jesse had been out with far too many guys who took themselves to seriously. Any joke she made, they took as an insult and let it get to them way too quickly. That Christian was able to joke right back at her, earned him major brownie points.

She smiled and said, "Well as exciting as the rape dungeon sounds, I think the beach sounds like a safer bet. I only like to get raped on Mondays." She explained with a smirk on her lips.

"Lead the way." She said, gesturing out before them.

"Remind me to come back Monday." I say with a wink, before taking your hand and leading you to my motorcycle. Once I got on I patted the seat behind me and waited for you to get on. "Don't worry. I don't bite." I say grinning.

After you got on I started the bike and drove to the beach. It wasn't far and looked like some kind of Carnival was going on at one end while couples walked hand in hand down in the other direction to a very secluded part of the beach.

"What do you prefer?" I ask looking both directions. "I have to admit to not caring what we do, but preferring the secluded part of the beach." I say winking. I pull the motorcycle into a spot and park it. Letting the engine die before slowly getting off and waiting patiently for you.

Jesse loved the ride on the bike. It was an unusual vechicle for an unusual guy, but for some reason it simply worked for her. She found herself smiling as her hair blew around in the wind. Once they got to the beach Jesse eyed the carnival as he told her how much he would rather not go. The romantic little walk also an option though probably a little less exciting one.

She looked at him, "But you could win me a stuffed animal." She teased.

Seeing his horror she laughed, "Fine, you wanna do it the romantic way then." She took his hand and started pulling him toward the quiet end of the beach.

"But you could win me a stuffed animal." She said. "Crap!" I thought. "Bad enough I'm strange now I have to show off my absolute lack of any sports related talents? No please change you mind." I mentally begged. I never said a word, but I guess my face spoke volumes and suddenly I was being pulled towards the secluded area.

"I was fine either way." I say smiling "But its quieter over here. Besides. All I know about you is your name is Jesse and you like to get raped on Monday. Not much information and a quiet beach is the perfect place to find out more."

Jesse smirked and looked out at the water as they slowed their pace. "I'm a writer, at least I'm trying to be. That's what this whole college shit is about, except they wouldn't let me take any of the classes I wanted until I did the general ed stuff. So I have one more semester of sufferage before I get my freedom back." She told him, still looking out at the waves. She liked the beach, but she couldn't get out to the ocean nearly as often as she would have liked.

"What about you?" Jesse asked, turning to look up at him. "I assume you aren't in school for fashion."

I laughed and shook my head. "What are you saying?" I ask "Am I not the best dressed person in school?" I say striking a pose. "Of course I could just not wear anything when I'm around you."

I look out over the water and shrug "I'll be honest. I don't want to be here. I came for a some engine repair certification, but because of my parents I got stuck doing some history Crap so that some day I can teach the class myself." I shrug again. "They didn't like the idea of me getting into professional racing I guess."

Jesse smiled and looked at him, "Now that makes a lot more sense. I understand all the metal on your clothes now. When something breaks during a race, you are wearing all your spare parts." She teased.

"On the bright side a little education isn't really a bad thing right? Boring as it may be, we can all do better with some knowledge. Or that's the bullshit they tell us." She moved away from him a little, heading toward the pier. "Come on let's sit under the pier and listen to the waves." She told him.

I shrug and chase her along. "No what I were this morning was for fun." I say tagging along to the pier. there was no one around and we were left in silence to talk and listen to the waves.

"Any boyfriends that might kill me for dating you?" I ask briefly worried that I was putting my life on the line. "Or if he should show up do I just tell him that I'm the rapist for this Monday?" I ask teasingly.

"So if Monday is rape day is Tuesday like...Gangbang day?"

She looked at him with raised eyebrows. "Why would I agree to a date if there was a boyfriend hiding around here somewhere?" She asked and leaned against a pier pole facing him. "Tuesday is morning after pill day. Wouldn't want random rape babies now would i?" She smirked.

"Unfortunately for you, I have a six month waiting list if you want a turn on Monday. Sorry." She shrugged, giving him a knowing smirk. "You seem to night for raping anyway."
