Why wouldn't anything interesting happen around her? Same boring college classes, same boring lectures, same boring student body. Jesse Simmons was in a rut, a boredom rut. Everyday she woke up in her dorm, got dressed, sat through classes she absolutely hated, went back to the dorm, rince and repeat. Maybe she needed to get out more, who knows.

College parties were all the same, lots of beer pong and loud music. Normally Jesse would be up for that, but since she didn't drink the fun of beer pong kind of lost its appeal. So rather than be a party pooper, she opted to stay home and "gasp" get schoolwork done.

This semester was all classes that she had to take before she could take the classes she wanted. General ed stuff that would lead into her creative writing classes. She couldn't wait for that, one more semester and she would be home free.

So now she sat in the back corner of American History 102 and pretended to doodle notes, while hiding an earbud in her left ear, the music from her Ipod almost able to drown out the lecture.

As the hansom Mr. Scott droned on about the mid-evil era in England (OOC hope you don’t mind if I changed from US to European history. It fits with my idea better.), the music droned on Jesse Simmons headphones too. Slowly…unperceptively…the many nights of lack of sleep sacrificed for homework started to take it’s tole on the young Jesse. Finally she was lost in a world of her own.

Suddenly she was awaken by a loud bellowing, but somehow vaguely familiar voice, “What is thy lady trespassing on the lords game property!” Jesse looked up and saw a white horse with a figure in shining silver armor riding on the huge steed!

Jesse broke out of her sleep and looked around. She was dressed in a mid-evil madmen’s costume and was in a place unfamiliar to her.
As she tried to collect her thoughts the knight drew his brad sward and repeated himself only louder, “What is thy lady trespassing on the lord’s gaming property!”

(OOC: Is it customary to take control of someone else's character?)

Jesse jerked upright, finding herself suddenly sitting not at her desk but rather on a large stump. She was no longer in class, but now outside in somewhere rather woodsy. Even her clothing had changed into some kind of formal dress. Then there was a large white horse with a commanding gentleman mounted on top of it glaring at her.

She looked around, as if looking for where the joke was. Some kind of hidden camera or something. She gave him a curious look, "Umm...Are you talking to me?" She asked.
