Horses for cources?
Personally I think there's a big distinction that needs to be drawn here.
I've always viewed cyber as something entirely different to the exchange of stories.
For the latter to work well and become progressively more mutually exciting, it entails getting to know and trust each other.
Cyber can be complimentary and the cream on the cake to that, of course, but also the obvious, casual 'Quick fix' route for one off virtual strangers.
These are to very different means of communication and although in ideal scenarios complimentary, they should be viewed separately for the purpose of discussion.
