My wife had great looking tits when I met her. At the time she had two children. Together we had twins. She lost her great looking rack and decided to get them enhanced. That was about 15 years ago, they still look great. She is 48. She had the saline units put in as silicone had been outlawed. She is thinking when she gets them redone she'd like to get silicone implants. Was wondering if you ladies with implants would be kind enough to show us saline and silicone? And give us your opinion.
