What if Breastaurants employed male and female servers?
For context, "Breastaurant" is a term referring to restaurants that have female servers wear skimpy outfits, i.e. Hooters. And we all know that Abercrombie and Fitch, for the longest time, had shirtless greeters and half-naked men working the shelves. So, what if a restaurant employed both for the express purpose of attracting clientele?
For example, a standalone restaurant is looking to expand and franchise in a small town, but they need a way to beat the competition, so the manager takes the suggestion of one of their gay or bisexual employees and has a shirtless Thursday Special. Since most bars have Ladies' Night on Thursdays, the restaurant has all of their male employees go shirtless on Thursday to attract more attention, which he uses at his location. It works, the manager and owner open a new location, and keep the Thursday tradition. Fast forward to when they want to open a third location and decide that simply having half-naked men on Thursdays isn't enough, so they expand and have all men walk around shirtless every day, but some of the servers become self-conscious of the idea and insist that the women do the same.
After much back and forth, it's decided that the new uniforms for both men and women will be skimpy outfits for the men (shorts and no shirt) mixed with long pants and a tank top, or booty shorts and bikini tops for the women, which they reluctantly agree to under the condition they get paid more, plus tips. It works, and they make enough to not only open a third location but also have enough to increase wages for all servers, so now they have three locations in town, and all of the front-of-house staff are wearing practically nothing.
As with everything else, it would eventually lead to the staff being offered hefty wages to go fully nude, which would also inevitably lead to the franchise getting sued, either by outsiders getting triggered by the nudity, people quoting scripture, or disgruntled former employees who got fired for being plus-size or notably unattractive.
I'm hoping this would be a good story. I'm debating whether to write it myself...I know Nude Day is coming up, but I don't partake in the contests on this site. If anyone has thoughts on improvements or writing styles, I'm all ears.
