It's fairly easy to burn a single movie to a DVD, but burning more than one file is a problem.

I use a program called DVDSanta which converts the wmv files to DVD video format, and I can burn multiple files to the DVD, ie anime episodes, and they will play in sequence, but their's no menu, no way of selecting which episode that you want to watch.

I need to figure out a way of putting a menu on the DVD. Does anyone burn anime or multiple TV episodes to a DVD out there? Or any DVDSanta users that have done this?

Try while in your DVD's to goto a root menu and you can select things there. As for making a menu, it is all based on what program you use. Some have that option while others do not.

Is the problem the storage space (a.k.a. you need compressing the files first) or the program that lets you only add one file to the list to burn? I use NERO and never had that problem. Also, if I burn files onto a disc (DVD or CD ROM) I can specify if I want to be able to add more files later (multisession) or if I want to "close" the disk.

You may want to try a program called Advanced Disc Cataloger (there are other ones out there also). It will not give you a "menu" on each disc but it will catalog each disc and you can then start the program and can look for or search for what title you want and then take that disc off the shelf. I have many thousands of programs organized on around 500 - 600 CD/DVD's this way.
