Nikki Haley could find her password so she decided to send classified email through her phone. I’m sure this thread will just fade away. 🙊 But I’ve created it anyway, as Nikki seems to be setting herself up to make a play.

North Korea had just tested an intercontinental ballistic missile capable of hitting Alaska, and the Trump administration was scrambling to react. But it seems Nikki Haley, Trump’s ambassador to the United Nations, had lost her password for classified communications.

That’s why on that fraught July 4, 2017, she was typing away on her BlackBerry 10 smartphone, sending “confidential” information over a system meant only for unclassified material.

Haley was in a rush as she headed to her office—“On my way in”—shooting emails back and forth with top aides who’d been with her since she was governor of South Carolina. She needed to make a statement, and they were drafting it for her. “Let’s clean this up,” she writes after looking at some of the copy. “Pretty this up for me,” she says.

The next day we discover what the problem is with her communications. “Can’t find my password for the high side,” she writes.

But most of the content is blacked out—and the redactions note various classification criteria as exempt from FOIA requests, including the B1 category: “classified national defense and foreign relations information”; 1.4(B) “foreign government information”; and 1.4(D) “foreign relations or foreign activities of the United States, including confidential sources.”

Is a server wireless accessible? Morons...they have no clue to how information can be accessed.

When I worked w the USDA, every email....every single one...had to go through their system. It is known as the freedom of information act. Of course, laws dont apply to Republicans the same as they did for Democrats.

We know what they were marked.

dont you even read your shit

Nikki Haley Used System for Unclassified Material to Send ‘Confidential’ Information

the thread should fade away cause its a FUCKING LIE

Yeah, it was a system meant only for unclassified material that was used to send classified material. It's all spelled out in the quoted part of the article (first post).

I do agree that there's someone in this thread that can't read.

we all KNOW it's okay for them to do it because...

if it were anyone from the other lane? omfg, there'd be fireworks on fox news about it!

Perhaps the board Trumpettes would like to explain how it was a fed pen case for Hillary Clinton to have a separate server as secretary of state when the state server was a known security sieve and the NSA would not provide a more secure system but it's a yawner when Trump, his children, and nearly all of the "best people around" him use open phone services to conduct classified discussions.

'Splain to us how you are up in arms about Clinton's e-mail use (which Powell and Rice before her admitted to doing about the same without any repercussions to them) but you aren't condemning Trump and mob for engaging in much less secure communications.

*crickets*

Guess we all know what the Hillary e-mail thing was all about then, right?

Do you mean like the Democrats at the EPA and Hillary Clinton who did exactly the opposite of what you're saying. You are such an absolute partisan hack in a thread accusing Republicans of being partisan hacks when these two situations are not even remotely analogous.

Never mind that Hillary had actual classified information on Anthony Weiner's laptop, (think about that) she specifically set up that server to do the exact opposite of what you're talkin about. She was trying to avoid foia requests Congressional oversight and was able to hide her pay for play scheme with the Clinton Foundation.

All of you partisan hacks had no interest at all in actual violations of federal law by Hillary Clinton.

No one on the planet but you has ever claimed that Hillary's set-up was MORE secure than the State Dept system.. There was nothing about that set up that was more secure and it was not intended to be more secure the entire point was to avoid Federal record-keeping requirements. The entire scheme was illegal from the start. Regardless of what she put on there.

The whole idea was so that when she got caught in let yet another Clinton scandal she would have the ability to erase her Nixonianhich tapes. Which is exactly what she did with the help of her lawyers. She should absolutely be in prison.

No dumbass. I am simply telling how all Govt agencies function. We were not allowed to send any email through the university server even if it was university related. That meant...we were not allowed to use our personal anything. But hey...make it about hillary....make it about classified...and show your stupidity once again.

Funny...the Republican led house and senate tried...and found nothing. That's it...they fucking talked to the wrong people. Those dumbasses. They should have talked to que

Yes, they have. Cite claims that it wasn't more secure. I've worked in embassies where the State people came to us to send their sensitive cables in our (the Station's) much more secure lines because the State system is notoriously insecure. You know nothing about it.

But while you're here Conman, how about comparing Clinton's commo use with that of Trump and his mob. :D

No one believes you are ex-CIA. you fraud.

The claim is *yours* to defend that added security had anything at all to do with her violating Federal law by not maintaining all official records (which includes every single thing she communicated to anyone un her capacity as Secretary of State.) within the control of the Federal government so as to be available for oversight and Freedom of Information request. These things are not optional.

Has it been subpoenaed or smashed with a hammer yet? Has it been spirited away to some sex offender pedophiles computer or hacked by multiple foreign governments?
