A jewelry collar allows a D to take his/her pet out in public without in many formal situations. The subtleness of the collar will be picked-up by those in the know. I have used them previously and presented them as a gift. You can also attach light chains to them - they just enhance the feminine look, but also have an alternative role. If you loop them just right with an apropriate dress or top they can be attached to nipple rings or clamps.
