I've never tried brewing my own beer, but I have to agree with you, some american beer aren't really much to talk about. But there are some microbreweries that have great beer!

Some of my favorite german beers are:

Erdinger (especially the Dunkel, yum!) and Schneider Weisse!

Oregon is the "US capital" of microbrews. They have several that compete well with the old country brews including a few taps by the Rogue and Siletz Breweries. Anyone visiting in the area who likes beer and ales should check them out...you might be very surprised.

I already feel much better about my body and myself in general than I used to. I was the girl in school that people made fun of. The one that talked too much and was too fat. I usually don't mention it since most people on here will tell me I must be exaggerating, but there you go. I think I've come a long way, feeling sexy about myself now, and confident enough to be a fun, sexy and great girlfriend.

I'm a little behind (and I'll get moreso thanks to fleeing town until Monday), but, I just wanted to say, I understand. My wife often tells me that she's glad we met in college, after she'd lost 15-20 lbs. Not that that really matters much (I've seen her high school photos). Personally, I was the quiet, acne, semi-nerdy type back then, despite being extremely energetic in band (marched for four years). But, I blame the quietness on the Catholic school, eight wasted years of my life. I was always the cross-clique friend to some, never datable. Now, I suppose I'm still quiet, always more comfortable writing than talking, but definitely more confident, more vocal, and (I hope) more interesting.

It's a damn good thing people can change.

Honestly, I have no idea what the difference is. As far as I know, there is only one word in German (unless you're an expert). Also "Frank the Tortoise" doesn't sound as fun.

I do realize that my pictures lately haven't quite had the artistic quality that my earlier pictures had. I apologize for that. There hasn't been a chance lately to take higher-quality pictures for several reasons lately, and the way I see it, it's also not going to happen any time very soon.

I've had fun sharing some more "regular" pictures, I just don't want you all to think that that's the style and quality I'll be staying at. It's just that, they're the only ones I'm able to take at the moment.

This may not make a whole lot of sense to all of you, but... ah, nevermind. It's the way it is, and I apologize. I do hope you can enjoy them anyway.

For this series, I have this shirt that is way too small for me - not for my body, just for my chest! The shirt was definitely made for very small-chested girls, and although it is one of my favorites, I look downright silly wearing it. It's the second time the seams in the middle have split a bit - I'll need to fix them again soon. So... since I look so stupid with the shirt on, I fogured I should take it off.
