Hello, I am not really in the south of Ohio, I am from around Dayton.

How Far South?

I think I am as far south as you can be and still be in Ohio! lol I watch the barges from my porch everyday! Beautiful view of the river and the Simon Kenton Bridge. Love the fireworks display they let off every year across from me here!

you have a great location, then. I went to the fireworks once about 20 years ago and vowed to never go again unless I was in a position to watch them and not have to fight my way home afterwards.

Hello, Middletown! I have an excellent view for the fireworks. They set them off right across from my apartment. I sit on my porch and watch them every year!

Too Far South

In SC now, grew up right outside of Dayton. Still try to make it home for the WEBN fireworks when I can...although a nap in the car waiting for traffic is definitely called for afterwards...
My brother is moving to Batavia sometime soon...closes on the house in early November, I think...
So how goes your morning as the sun rises?

Waking from about 2 hours sleep to get my niece up for school and then enjoying a day off work. Not sure I will do anything today other than grab a nap! How is your day so far?

So far, so good...busy...I write construction specs and sell materials to contractors, and I am slammed...keep Lit up in the background when I can, for a mental break...working on a condo with 27 cameras, touch screen visitor entries, etc...rather interesting, but VERY expensive!
