I have been told I am cute then once they got to know me ..... sexy! Someone once put it this way. Cute means you can go either way. You can be cute but yet be a sexy vixen underneath all the cuteness and you can be classic beauty underneath sexiness and cuteness. Being called cute is definitely disheartening. But it's the people who look beneath the upturned nose and big eyes that get to see the rest. Just as long as "cute" isn't everything you are, it's a good thing. And just think, when you're well in to your 60's and you still look 40, imagine how good you'll feel! Being cute is good and it can be bad.... Being cute like Dave said above implies innocence, but some girls take being CUTE too far and try to use that and most guys find that very unappealing.

Cute can be sexy, I think. And I understand the frustration with getting cute when all you want is a sexy! Brown wavys, deep brown eyes, curves and c cups sound sexy to me!

I get 'cute' all the time as well, and although I agree that it can be disheartening to hear 'cute' instead of 'drop dead gorgeous' or 'fabulously mature and arousing', sexiness is all about attitude (as cadman said above). If you let the cute label get to you, you won't have the confidence to show off the sexy side of yourself. IMHO, everyone has the potential to be sexy, you just have to know how to tap into it.

I very much personally think that most people over use the term sexy and cute. I really love the cute girl next door look that gives a bit of innocents. Normally many of them are very wild and what not underneath the sheets but have a face that you can take to your mothers and she not know what's going on or you freinds. I don't think that cute and sexy are mutually exlusive at all... Personally, I think that cute is more attitude based. Looks have some to do with it, but a lot of it is personality.

I think that Miranda Kerr (Victoria's Secret Angel, Miranda Kerr) is extremely cute with her dimples, giggling and blushing during interviews.

If she isn't sexy... I don't know what is.
