I want to write my girlfriend a poem telling her that I miss her touch and that I want to become more intimate with her, but I am not talented when it comes to writing poetry. I was wondering if someone could write a poem for me? I would be very grateful! Thanks!

I dont know your girlfriend, so could be wrong, but i think she would appreciate your creative efforts more than someone elses. Its not the elequence of the poem that matters to people, its the actual creative proccess and the effort that you yourself put forth. It shows that you sat down and thought about what you were saying.

And besides if she realized that you didnt write it, i doubt she will be happy.

Well I'm not so good at the whole poem writing thing either...but if I may just make a suggestion/observation...for a lot of women...not all...but some...it wouldn't necessarily be the content of the poem that mattered, but instead it would be the knowledge that you took the time, regardless of how awful you might be at it, to write her a poem. Granted, she would probably never know the difference...until she asks for another one....but chances are it would be so much more meaningful if you made an attempt at it....

You are better off trying to write your own poem, than to try and pass a poem off as yours that someone else wrote.

My grandfather always used to say, "the man that never, made a mistake never made anything".

Better to do it with your words, than with an others, or if you just want to do a search for romantic poetry, then copy one you think, expresses what you want ot say, and print out a nice copy and tell her you were thinking of her when you read it.

There once was a lad named Thick,
Whose request made him quite a dick.
With no verse for his lass, his lust visible,
His quest makes him quite miserable!

Take heed my son,
and I mean this in fun.
Your lass would prefer that you do the verse.
To accept anothers can make things worse.

A ditty, no matter how witty,
Is all the more loved when it comes from your heart.
With pen and paper, pour your heart to prose.
A gift she'll accept better than a rose.

For a lady with words to woo,
your soul into prose you must pour too.
Deliver it with a flourish, deliver it with flair,
but do it yourself, that is my dare.

So grab your pen and unhand that penis
Put verse to paper for your lady from venus.
Her touch, her eyes, her breasts devine.
Seek out the words to make her thine.

You could always search for poems online by famous poets and quote...John Donne has some pretty powerful stuff

Great ditty Bobmi....made me giggle...just what I needed....I agree with Lynxie...quoting something totally romantic from a famous poet could be just as powerful and sexy....just don't try to pass it off as your own...

Talent, shmalent!

Simply tell the lass you miss her!
Tell her that you want to kiss her!

Poetry is either simple, hard, or somewhere inbetween from personal experince. Sometimes it flows, sometimes it just don't go, sometimes you can squeeze it out.

Don't look for perfection, you're not trying to impress a highly critical crowd, you're simply trying to tell someone that you care about that you do care. And if she cares about you as much as you her, it won't matter if it's bad poetry. She'll love it all the same.

So when you go and grab that pencil,
It doesn't matter what you stencil,
Just write it down, without a frown
But hopefully with less cheese then me!

The Dream, by John Donne (1896)

DEAR love, for nothing less than thee
Would I have broke this happy dream ;
It was a theme
For reason, much too strong for fantasy.
Therefore thou waked'st me wisely ; yet
My dream thou brokest not, but continued'st it.
Thou art so true that thoughts of thee suffice
To make dreams truths, and fables histories ;
Enter these arms, for since thou thought'st it best,
Not to dream all my dream, let's act the rest.

As lightning, or a taper's light,
Thine eyes, and not thy noise waked me ;
Yet I thought thee
—For thou lovest truth—an angel, at first sight ;
But when I saw thou saw'st my heart,
And knew'st my thoughts beyond an angel's art,
When thou knew'st what I dreamt, when thou knew'st when
Excess of joy would wake me, and camest then,
I must confess, it could not choose but be
Profane, to think thee any thing but thee.

Coming and staying show'd thee, thee,
But rising makes me doubt, that now
Thou art not thou.
That love is weak where fear's as strong as he ;
'Tis not all spirit, pure and brave,
If mixture it of fear, shame, honour have ;
Perchance as torches, which must ready be,
Men light and put out, so thou deal'st with me ;
Thou camest to kindle, go'st to come ; then I
Will dream that hope again, but else would die.

The Passionate Shepherd to His Love, by Christopher Marlowe

Come live with me and be my love,
And we will all the pleasures prove,
That valleys, groves, hills and fields,
Woods or steepy mountains yields.

And we will sit upon the rocks,
Seeing the shepherds feed their flocks
By shallow rivers, to whose falls
Melodious birds sing madrigals.

And I will make thee beds of roses,
And a thousand fragrant posies,
A cap of flowers and a kirtle
Embroidered all with leaves of myrtle;

A gown made of the finest wool,
Which from our pretty lambs we pull;
Fair-lined slippers for the cold,
With buckles of the purest gold;

A belt of straw and ivy buds,
With coral clasps and amber studs;
And if these pleasures may thee move,
Come live with me and be my love.

The shepherd swains shall dance and sing
For thy delight each May morning;
If these delights thy mind may move,
Then live with me and be my love.

Roses are red
violets are blue
I miss your touch
and want to bone you

Sorry...I coun't resist

:)

Wild Nights, by Emily Dickinson

Wild nights. Wild nights!
Were I with thee,
Wild nights should be
Our luxury!

Futile the winds
To a heart in port
Done with the compass
Done with the chart.

Rowing in Eden.
Ah, the sea.
Might I but moor
Tonight with thee!

(note: I think this one best meets your requirements from your first post)

I've always found letters and expression of thoughts and feelings to be just as romantic and touching as poetry. Tell her why you love her specifically and when you think about her. Honesty and openness to the point of vulnerability are extremely powerful...plaigerism is indicative of a lack of love and respect.

I must say I highly agree. My husband is no poet, but he's written me some of the most amazingly loving notes and letters in the 9 years we've known each other. Poor your heart and soul out, and it's almost guaranteed to work.

someone said ...plaigerism is indicative of a lack of love and respect.

but besides that, that's like dancing in quicksand ... if she wants more ... where doth thou goest then ... deeper into the mire

hadda try!

I miss your touch
I miss your touch so much
I miss your flesh,
next to me at night what a plight
to feel you there and not no where
I miss your touch....
To have you next to me is what I need
To want your flesh so it makes me bleed
I miss you so much...
I miss your touch

Here ya go thick:

hello girlfriend,
i hope this finds you well.
As for me, i am still thick,
i am doing just swell.

i wanted to write you an erotic poem,
but decided to be lazy instead.
So over to Literotica my browser did roam,
in my quest i begged for words not from my own head.

i solicited the forums for a unique verse or two,
for i lack the creativity to do so myself.
i miss your touch, and crave an intimate moment with you,
i'm not talented with words so i hope my lust for your crevices will do.

i am soooooo sure she'll appreciate the efforts you have made.

:D

There once was a Litster named Thick
He needed to use his big dick
He courted his lady
until she said maybe
But alas! It was a terrible trick.
